I love Paintly
I love Paintly. They have some really good/different paint by numbers and their paints are really good. Their shipping is usually pretty quick. Customer service is really responsive.

80 colour kits and customer service
I ordered two 80 colour kits. I got the coloured version of the canvas which I wouldn’t recommend as the lines are really pale and extremely hard to see and since the sections are so tiny that’s a big issue.
One of kits didn’t have all the paints. Customer service was great, they got back to me right away and asked me to send a picture of the paints I did receive and they would resend. I asked that if they were reshipping the whole kit, could they send the non-coloured canvas. I didn’t get clarification on what they shipped but I just received it and they reshipped both kits that I had ordered in the non-coloured canvas, and the lines are way better. So all in all I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service.
I’ve just restarted painting so I can’t speak much to the quality of the kit yet but so far so good.

I love that they have 80 paints for a picture. It turns out so much better. Their customer service is awesome. I have a ton of questions and they came back and answered me every time in a timely manner. I told him I was afraid I was gonna run out of paint and they said no problem that they would even send me more. I highly recommend.

Terrible quality
Terrible quality, spaces are microscopically small so unreadable. company is making every excuse in the book to refuse a refund despite it being unopened as required. No this is not a mix up with another company as you state in your email asking for a review. Do not buy from this company it is cheap rubbish! EDIT: THIS COMPANY'S RESPONSE IS LAUGHABLE. IT IS REFUSING TO REFUND OR ALLOW ME TO RETURN DESPITE EVIDENCE PROVIDED . THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE AND STONEWALL ANY ATTEMPTS AT CLAIMING MONEY BACK FOR BAD QUALITY ITEMS .

Fantastic service and product
The customer service from the company is fabulous. I ordered the incorrect size and they immediately responded and assisted me to get the right size delivered. I have not started my paintings yet however the numbers on the canvas are lovely and clear, the cheat sheet is great and thr paints look good too. Cannot wait to start

The design was fabulous, the canvas great. I am working on an 80 color painting. Paints are ok. Lots of trouble with the yellow, orange and purple. Needed 3-4 coats to cover.

Nothing compares to Paintly!
I’ve tried a few PBN sellers, none to compare to Paintly. The canvases are well marked with clear numbering, the paint is beautiful and smooth and the designs are gorgeous. My last painting was an 80 colour and I’ve purchased two more. I will only use Paintly again.

80 color turned out amazing!
After trying the 80 color paint by number I’m a fan. That was the most difficult and satisfying paints I’ve done so far. So much so that I ordered 4 more. Excellent paint and easy to see numbers really made a difference. They are my go to for paint by numbers from now on.

Amazing customer service
When I needed to contact customer services, the response was fast, friendly and very effective. This was my first experience buying with Paintly and it has put the other companies I've used to shame! I'll be using Paintly a lot more in the future.
