The shipping label was made in Texas but it ships from China. So some dude is selling Chinese product and it took weeks to arrive.

I tried paintly. The photo shown on your website of the 2 PBN’s that I purchased were nothing like the photo that I received from the kit.
The customer service receives the 3 stars for trying to make the situation right by reproducing paint closer to the photo presented originally.
I received my money back from one kit. The additional kit was treated as a 2 for 1.
I did loose money.
I hate that this has been my experience because there are some beautiful kits available.

I have painted over 40 paint by number kits from various vendors. Paintly kits is now my number one retailer for paint by number.
The paint is for superior to many of the kits I have purchased. Their selection is outstanding . Many great kids to choose from. Give them a chance.

I purchased 5 Paint by Number kits with 80 colors. The canvases are excellent; the numbers and sections are clearly visible, and the print is easy to read. The reference sheet is printed with great sharpness and is, consequently, very legible. The paints are of high quality. I am very satisfied! Unfortunately, however, there are fraudulent companies with nearly identical names that offer very poor quality products—so please be careful to ensure that you are truly ordering from the correct vendor.

I've used them all - this is the best in all ways. My only issue is the time it takes to get here from China but that's the same with all of them. Otherwise, they are overall best.

Where to begin...I cannot say enough great things about their customer service team. Specifically Lauren and Adam. They're both so gracious and kind, expedient and professional. I wish I could give more stars. I've used several Paint-By-Numbers companies in the past and by far Paintly is hands-down the best. Yes it'll take a few days coming from overseas (that'll be true from ANY company you use) so keep this in mind when you order. I promise it'll be worth the wait.

I've tried almost all of the other PBN companies. Paintly has the best paint by far. It's smooth and thick enough to cover all the numbers and lines.

I’ve ordered 5 kits from Paintly. There were some shipping issues with the first two, but the customer service person was outstanding, could not have done more to help. There were no issues with the second order. The quality of the kits is great. The canvasses are well printed and the numbers are clear, although I do need a magnifying glass to see some of them. The only slight negative is the opacity of a couple of the colours, particularly the dark blues. They need a couple of extra coats to get a nice finish. Overall, I am really enjoying this hobby. Now I just need more wall space to hang my finished art 😊

I have bought several paint by numbers from them and have been happy with the results, the paints go on smooth and cover well, I am not disappointed. Their customer service is great and respond quickly.

The real company has amazing quality canvases with high quality creamy covering paints. I can't wait to purchase more kits from this company!!!!

I ordered 3 kits with 36 colors of my own photos. I've finished 1 and it is gorgeous! Can't wait to make the other two. Paints were more than enough, canvas was good quality, and it came with a reference copy of the picture and all the numbers which came in handy.

DONT BUY FROM THEM! YOU will waste your money. The site is misleading and filed with false promises.
