Pair has an email only account
Pair has an email only account, but since I have a webmaster account, I am prohibited from migrating my email to the email only account? That's a good reason to look into other providers after over 25 years. Pretty sad.

I had to migrate my websites to a new domain
I had to migrate my websites managed by Pair to a new domain. While it took several phone calls, over the course of several hours all was operating well, and the support people that I spoke to were patient, especially as this is something I have never done before (even though I have been using the web for decades). I appreciated the effort and glad that I was using Pair.

I had to request information on how to pay the bill by credit card without logging in. It should be simpler than that. When I received the option to "pay now" on the invoice, I should have been taken to a page to input credit card information without having to log in first.

Pair gave me the right info, although slightly techy. It was hard to find the setting that I needed to change It is not shown on the Account Control screen, but is an option under "Email" on the left hand menu.
I am still very happy with Pair.com

Stay far away. Buyer beware. Destroyed by private equity.
I have been a customer of pair for over a decade. I used to recommend them to literally EVERY business I encountered and I moved every single client of mine to Pair. The support was unrivaled and the value was the best in the industry. All employees were a pleasure to deal with. They were acquired by Private Equity. They are now the worst hosting company I have ever encountered. My monthly bill was changed to over 500% of what I paid for years. Customer support is now unreachable and it used to be the shining star of the company. I won't go into detail here, but I'm moving on as soon as humanly possible and taking as many clients with me. I truly feel bad for the founding employees if any are still there. Hopefully they will start a new company because this one has been burned to the ground.
4 hours for a 10 mins archive. It took over 45 min to answer phone to a tech who did nothing…
I called it took over 45 min to have the call answered. The effort took HOURS.. when it should have taken mins.
Anthony - said the files leaked.. which is not true, something caused 407,000 mail records to load. I asked for a supervisor, as this has happened in the past. What I learned is Dominic did not archive and delete the mail records. Did not share where he archived them so I could delete them.
Jared had follow through because he is not the one to make the changes. 4 hours on the phone. unacceptable for what took less than 10 mins to archive. and you want to charge $35 to archive the in box that we could not get access to

Been happy with Pair for decades.
For decades now, I've been grateful to have found Pair, which was suggested by an IT friend. Beginning in the '90s, I resold hosting on Pair. I'm rather old now, and appreciate so much the extra help I get from your IT when I need it. The old gray mare, she ain't what she used to be.
