Great Product
There had been some kind of postal mishap on a precious order and I never received my order of Light Work.
Then there was some kind of miscommunication regarding what happened.
Customer service ended up sending me a new full-size bottle of Light Work free of charge. I was surprised as this was above and beyond what I had previously thought about the customer service.
The Light Work is possibly the best facial cleanser I’ve ever used. I have super dry skin. This product is first in line for my moisturizing routine.
If you’re in doubt, get a travel size. You’ll be glad you did.

I ordered Pai skincare online
I order Pai skincare either online or in outlets which is great and this time ordered the 10ml boosters online. On delivery one booster was 75% empty, and a second was 75% full. The oli vit boosters was fine. Sent pics immediately to customer service and their solution was for me to send them back!!! And they would post out replacements. What a solution....after this online experience I will not purchase any further products and will not recommend.

Pai Cleansing oil has a subtle scent and feels very refreshing on my skin. I also use the Pai Phaze gel cleanser, which removes dirt, oil and sunscreen on my face. The Pai Phaze gel cleanser really clears the skin and feels refreshing.

Wonderful Brightening Products
I received my products today.
I have used the Light Work cleansing oil previously and love the lightweight but effective oil.
I have just tried the acid toner and love it.....it does not sting or irritate my super sensitive skin and I like that it is a brightening and exfoliating toner.

I’ve loved Pai since the moment I started using their products, however recently I had an unfortunate situation where the packaging failed. I contacted Pai and everyone I spoke to was so genuine and warm and they gave me a refund for the product. Sensitive Skin 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I've always had slightly sensitive skin but shortly after turning 40 it turned really sensitive! I tried multiple skin care ranges and I had a reaction to all of them.
I came across Pai from an advert on Facebook and after filling in a help form with a picture of my poor red reactive face I received a reply from Katya and a plan to try and sort my face out.
Its been 3 months now and my face is finally happy again...no more redness or reaction. The products are not greasy and thankfully do not make my face break out.
I have found Pai to be great from a customer service point of view as well they have always been quick in replying to emails and when I had an issue with a pump on a product a replacement was sent out immediately.
Only a couple of niggles is that the moisturiser is in a lovely bottle however it is a plastic bag in the bottle which isn't ideal. The products are expensive and there always seems to be an offer on for a free product over a certain spend amount...it would be great if they just lowered the prices a bit instead of the free product offer that you might not even use.
Anyway these are minor points and I'm just grateful to have a skin care routine that my face is happy with.

One star is far too high
One star is far too high, I’d like to give them a minus. Purchased a cream from Pai because they claim their products are for sensitive skin and they’re supposedly “there for you” if you need help. I had a very severe reaction to the cream in question and weeks later my skin is still not healed. I contacted Pai immediately, explained everything and sent photos. They asked me to return the product to them to investigate it and said they would give me a refund. Over two weeks later and I had heard nothing from them. I contacted them and after sending them the tracking number for the return, again, they refunded me. No mention of my reaction, no explanation as to any testing of the cream I’d returned, was there a mistake in the formula? Who knows, I doubt they’ll contact me ever again, they simply do not care. Disgusting.

As we explained in our email, all Pai products are formulated specifically for sensitive and reactive skin, and each one is independently patch-tested. However, even with very gentle formulas, individual allergies and sensitivities can still occur. This is why we offer a 90 Day Returns policy, so customers can shop confidently knowing they can return anything that doesn’t work for their skin.
We replied to your last message on 3rd November, which outlined our returns process for severe reactions, but it seems some emails may not have reached you. We ask customers to send a copy of their returns tracking number so that we can process the refund/exchange as quickly as possible. However, as soon as the returned product has been unboxed and processed, it is handed over to our Quality Assurance Team, who will review the batch.
We're happy to confirm that the batch you returned has now been checked, and no formulation issues or abnormalities were found, but we will follow up with you directly via email. Please keep an eye out for a message from us.
We never want any customer to feel ignored, and we're very sorry that your experience left you feeling that way. Your well-being is extremely important to us, and your feedback will help us improve how we communicate during the returns and investigation process.
Once again, we’re very sorry the product didn’t work for you and that your skin has taken time to heal. If there is anything more we can do to support you, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
