The pajamas have not arrived in over 1 month - it still says it's in China. The website claims 'fast Canada wide shipping'. I have emailed them a few times and they keep saying it will arrive 'in a few days'. Also the reviews on their website look fake, as I left a 1 star review and comment there and it does not show it, but only shows generic 5 star review comments.

First order arrived 6 weeks late and ended up with holes in them after two nights sleep. Second order (ordered before first order arrived) …. Never arrived. I contacted customer service twice and was offered no assistance. Extremely disappointed

100% polyester.

I bought a pair of Pajamas specifically because it said they were Cotton. However, they are 100% polyester. The materiel feels cheaply made.
It ships from China, so it also takes a long time to arrive and is expensive to return.

Ordered on January 25th, still not delivered as of February 19. They advertise they are from Canada. They are not. Definitely asia and nothing against that as long as they are honest. They are cheaters and cons. Very bad experience.

You are better off buying from SHEIN, it’s the same quality. Also they do not have returns, they claim to but don’t. Sent them countless emails to return my items and they never responded.

Would give NO stars if possible.
Made 2 orders, The first order was never delivered and when I tried to get it delivered the company cancelled the order, refunded the money and told me to re-order. This is NOT customer service - other companies would have expedited a shipment and possibly provided a discount on a subsequent order but not this one.
The second order had 3 sweaters, 2 were sent in the wrong sizes from the order and the third was so small it was really a youth sweater not close to the adult size chart. I sent 2 back well within the 30 day period at a postage cost of $20 and it was sent back as refused and with another $20 postage due. All I want is to return one and get the other in the size that would reflect the size chart. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered PJs for Christmas they arrived on time, but the quality is meh. Thin not what I wanted, when I went to return them I had to pay for them to be returned, which was 70$. I wasn't given a return slip or anything i had to pay out of pocket.
They mentioned to me once that they would give me a 40% refund and I could keep the items, which I would of done if I knew the shipping was so much. Maybe I should of done my research on that, but it also would of been nice for the company to tell me thats how much it would be.

I left an honest review on their website and they wont post it on their website.

Their customer service is garbage, and they hardly respond to you even when you say you are an unhappy customer.

The pajamas that I ordered took over a month to arrive...wayyy past Christmas. The pjs sent were the wrong ones. The sizing was competely off. I ordered a large in womens. Instead I got pants (wrong style) that were HUGE and a top (wrong style) that fit a child. The company offered 40% off. That doesn't do me any good to have pjs that don't fit. So I requested a refund. They allowed a full refund but would not refund the 6.99 shipping. Now they are ignoring me. So basically I paid shipping costs for the wrong pjs to be sent to me. What a scam! Don't bother with this company.

Christmas Pyjamas arrived later than it said (after Christmas).

It's been over a week and although their support responded every other day, they are unable to tell me how I can return the clothes for a refund (>£63).

Terrible company. Scammers. Products are not as advertised. You can’t return the product. They offer a 40% return and offer you to keep the product. When I declined the 40% and requested a full refund, they ignored me.

I ordered a set of family pyjamas for Christmas, but they arrived a couple of days late. Since they didn't arrive in time for Christmas Day, we purchased alternatives. I then requested a refund according to the company's terms and conditions.
The first reply I received offered a 40% refund if I kept the pyjamas. I declined and asked for a full refund with return details. The second reply offered a 35% refund instead. I reiterated my request for a full refund and return details, but I have not received a response since.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I had a terrible experience with this company. My parcel was marked as “delivered” with photo evidence, but it was left outside on a busy main road, which is completely unsafe and unacceptable. I do not have a porch, so the claim of successful delivery is false. Despite raising my concerns, the response from customer service was unhelpful, and no effort was made to resolve the issue or ensure accountability.

I requested escalation and a formal complaint, but the handling of this matter has been appalling. This level of service is disgraceful, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. If my issue isn’t resolved soon, I will have to take further action. Absolutely unacceptable.

If I could give a 1 star I would! I spent almost £90 on some pyjamas for Christmas and ordered them weeks before Christmas ! They are still showing on the shop app as ready for shipping and when I have tried to get some answers from Pajama villageUK all they keep saying is the package is now in transit - it clearly isn’t as there is nothing to say it has been shipped and weeks on I still haven’t received my order and they seem to be avoiding to refund me by just replying with its now in transit every time I ask! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I ordered my christmas eve pajamas in early December. They still haven't arrived and it's December 30th!! Never again.

This company is a scam. They don’t respond to emails. No contact number. Gmail makes it suspicious. Never buy from them

I ordered December 14th with the guaratee that it would be delivered before December 24 I still haven't received my order Christmas eve was ruined due to this I asked for a full refund but have been told it is in transit and that I will have to return what I haven't received yet very frustrated

Products arrived late and on arrival have found the sizing to be HUGE and the pyjama bottoms read “Merry Kmas”

Please don’t order from this company, the quality and service is terrible.

Got the matching Christmas red plait set for me, my partner and our 9 month old baby. The fit is terrible, there is zero stretch, the sizing is off, there are threads hanging off nearly every seam... and after a struggle to get this thing on my baby (seeing as there's zero stretch), we couldn't get it back off and had to cut it off while on him!!
Absolutely terrible, wish l'd never got them.
I tried to leave a review on their website but it hasn't been posted.. shocking company as well trying to hide honest reviews. So so disappointed.
