Suspect most of these reviews are fake. Customer service is abysmal. It’s been 10 days and still no sign of the parcel.

Do not use this company. Pretty sure it’s a scam, saying they’ve delivered my goods but no sign what so ever. Please again don’t use them.

Very poor quality. Both my husbands and my pyjamas had split at the seams after wearing once. Would not buy again from this company. After complaining was only offered a partial refund.

I have ordered 4 pjs from them. I want to return 3 and they won’t provide the return address. They are now offering a 40% refund and in their words to save me the hassle of returning them! A total scam company, please don’t use them.

I was worried when I placed the order as afterwards I read some negative reviews, but I emailed the company and someone emailed me back to reassure me that the pyjamas would be dispatched. I received them in good time and they are spot on with the sizing and the quality is absolutely fine.

Material is itchy, and my pajamas, my gf’s and son’s have all ripped without even wearing them a full night..

It’s not as if they are too tight either so I don’t understand how they have ripped

This was the red plait Xmas matching pajamas. Tried to leave a review on their website n it won’t let me probably bc it’s one star.

Still no package... Ordered a few weeks ago. Big notice on their front page that they guarantee shipping won't be affected during the holiday season.

No reply from three customer service emails. No phone number to contact.

Buy local, this place is crap.

Ordered on the 10th December. It’s two weeks later and still not arrived.

My four sets of pyjamas haven’t arrived for Christmas and every time you try and contact them all you get is an AI chat but saying that they are on their way… Totally ruined my Christmas Day really disappointed

I believe this to be a scam, I didn’t receive any order date from ‘shop’, tomorrow is Christmas and no update since I placed the order. I am going to dispute with the bank as fraudulent as I tried to contact on their email and it’s being returned. How awful to run such a fraudulent scheme at Christmas. Avoid!

I have received no tracking for my order of 5 pairs of Christmas pjs place on the 15th. £100 to not have any pjs for my children for Christmas Eve! Absolutely disgusting taking advantage of families at Christmas!

This is really disappointing and hurtful that I have not received my pjs yet, tomorrow is Christmas and I wanted these for my Christmas party. One of my worst decision to choose pajama village. I really feel like cursing them as they have spoiled my Christmas event and I have to take so much stress and they don’t care at all. Never order from this site.

Really wish I had read these reviews before I purchased a family pj set for 5. The warnings about no delivery are true! I chose them because they advertised to be unaffected by the postal strike. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, no status update over two weeks except "ready to ship". No point now, want a refund. STAY AWAY!!

Don’t trust their delivery service at all! They don’t give a clear picture of timelines- I order pyjamas on 12th December, get vague tracing updates that it’s in and out of airports with no view of when I ll receive it.
It’s Christmas Eve tomorrow and we don’t have pyjamas and there really is no point in us getting them after!

Ordered item almost 4weeks ago. Item has not been received and company will not respond to my emails. They were Christmas pajama’s for the family and now we will not have anything. Terrible experience! Do not trust this company!

Placed an order for matching Christmas PJ’s for the family. No sign of delivery as of 21st and no order updates received. When you use the tracking link on the website it states that both the order number and tracking number cannot be found. Very unlikely I’ll see those before this Christmas then. Glad I paid on a credit card so that I can challenge it with the card company.

I am waiting for Xmas pjs for my family. I ordered 3weeks ago and no delivery. Cannot get in touch with company- they have ghosted me. Unacceptable customer service relations. This company should be closed down. This is an example of drop shipping: not a company or store or possibly actual address. Send customer complaint to Shopify to get an address. I got
5 Leagrove St. Brampton Ontario L7A 1P2 Only then did they agree to a refund. Whether I get it will depend upon Shopify.

Bought 5 pairs of pajamas, nothing has arrived after 15 days, tracking is useless and customer service is more useless, just keep telling me to check the tracking, order should be cancelled and refunded, AVOID at all costs!

Ordered my Pyjamas over 15 days now and it has not been delivered despite informing them I was travelling. No response from them. I ordered from them because they stated the Canada Post strike will not affect their delivery. Now I’m stuck with spending additional money to get a new Christmas pyjamas. They should cancel my order and refund my money because it cannot fulfill the purpose it was bought for. The one star is because I need to put this comment rather I would have given a 0 star
