Fast delivery and excellent query handling
The item arrived in very short time and when I emailed about a perceived issue with the battery compartment I received a very quick reply from Alan who explained it just needed a little more force to open it. He also dealt with a query over the SD card.

I made a mistake on my order
I made a mistake on my order, this was immediately rectified by Alan at the company, who, may I say, displayed excellent customer service which is sadly lacking in this country, wholly recommend this company.

I called 3 times no reply
I called 3 times and left messages also tried to wattsapp them no reply at all.
I looked at the reviews first and all 5 stars so why did nobody reply? maybe if they see this review they might start to reply to people but I am not holding my breath!!
Why bother including your contact number if you don't reply?
You can imagine what tech support would be like.
So i shall spend my £500 plus somewhere else.
Very unprofessional.

Part broke , impossible to fit
The cover came with a small metal bar. When trying insert the bar the plastic fitting broke.
It was not possible to fit the bar, the existing bar had to be bent to remove. A complete waste of £12.00

Customer Service is 1st class
They had exactly what I wanted and it was readily available at a good price. Delivery was quick and customer service 1st class. I needed a copy of instructions and was emailed them straightaway.
