Same story I send parcel in November 2023 till today not received I really can’t believe what the hell we are doing with our country and reputation, really upset really disappointed and stressed

SCAM SCAM SCAM … they took our parcel in October, 4 months… they say 3 weeks 2 weeks …

They are totally fraud, more then one year not delivered my parcel. Please please authority take action against this company and cancel the licence please.

Cargo4U deserves no more than a single star, given their deceitful practices, fraudulent behavior, dishonesty, rudeness, and overall lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, I am compelled to share my experience with them. Initially, they were tardy in picking up the item and unexpectedly charged for a bag, an unmentioned fee during the cargo booking. Moreover, they arrived at 6 AM on a Saturday, a detail omitted during the booking process. To make matters worse, they failed to pack the parcel despite an additional charge. Instead, I found myself assisting in packing and loading onto the rented van from Enterprise.

The cargo was collected on October 8, 2023. Two months later, upon inquiry, I was informed by the discourteous Hasan that the delivery would take four days. However, after ten days had passed, he insisted on an invoice number, claiming ignorance of my identity without it. When I provided a fabricated invoice number, he promptly asserted an additional two weeks for delivery. Frustrated, I demanded his supervisor's contact information. During our heated conversation, Hasan abruptly hung up, displaying unexpected rudeness. He asserted his limited knowledge as an employee, refusing to divulge any information beyond what he was instructed. The assurance provided was merely a vague promise of delivery in two weeks, with no further details.

Today, upon calling again, unsurprisingly, my call went unanswered. I strongly caution prospective customers against using Cargo4U or any other alias they might operate under. Failure to heed this warning may result in the loss of both your item and the money spent on shipping, in my case, shipping fees £150 and the cost of item in hundreds of pounds.

Please do not use this service at all

I also worry about my cargo
I only pray to Allah
To guide us to do right things
But I am happy cargo people either way take my cargo responsibility in this world or in ahkira

These guys are fraud! STAY AWAY
These scums will take your stuff and then lie to you. oh the guy on the phone “hassan” looks like he entered the world the from the wrong hole, typical lier, when challenged can’t take it will hang up, basically they take your stuff and money and forget about delivery after that. Don’t use these!

They are extremely bad in terms of quality, customer service, delivering and every time when I contacted they say you will receive it soon but more than 4 months no clue. We have complained too but no response. We all need to find out how to get the money back. I have checked and we need to contact citizen advice bureau to claim the money and to take them into court. They should be prosecuted and Company should be closed.

Absolutely fraud and liars its been 4 months i have been chasing them for my cargo i still can’t believe they are running a cargo service company under their name we should please report them especially the guy called hassan he needs to be in jail and if anyone know how to and where to report this company! We should not let them steal our items they are selling the stuff from customers on their another site uk2pk please please report them!

What an absolute joke.
Some guy called Hassan just keeps telling me it’s as Karachi customs and it’ll be there in the next week or two weeks this has been going on for the past 4 MONTHS.
Does anyone know where to file a complaint for this scam?? Waste of time and money.

Thugs and Liars Avoid them at all cost - they took my cargo in January 23 charging me extra in the name of custom clearance and said it would deliver in April - it’s October now and no delivery yet. The customer service boys are saying we don’t know anything talk to the boss, but refusing to give ‘the boss ‘ contact. I will report them to concerned authorities. My Invoice no is 95661.

This company is a scam.Please please be aware! My parcel of 40 kg was collected on 19th of February and it's still not delivered.When you contact them by phone,they lie and make false promises.Worst of all,they don't offer any refund.
I wish I had researched about them before sending my parcel.Its the worst experience I ever had!

I send 30kg of bag with this company worth £300 for my niece’s wedding on 19th July. Still hasn’t reached Pakistan . I’m calling every week from the last one month and their customer rep ‘HASSAN’ starts yelling at me when I enquired about my parcel. He said he don’t know whether parcel will ever reach Pakistan . He is just sitting here to take phone calls , it’s the owners who are going to decide and he don’t know them. Pls don’t trust this company . I don’t know who to complain about them but warning everyone to pls not to use this company .

My parcel was collected on 14 June and delivered in pakistan on 7 October.they charge me extra 18 pounds on name of service charges.
Every thing delivered safe but too much
I was calling them every week where is my parcel .they keep giving Me dates.i think they wait for container to full then send pakistan .
Customer service is OK. They only attend call 11_3
I will use again keeping in mind it will take 4_5 months to deliver

This is the worst cargo services please don't use it charges you double for electronics and chocolate and it wasted 3 and a half months and when it got there they have opened the bags and stole some perfumes and electronics don't use avoid

I used their service once and it was enough to make me realise that they are not straight and forthcoming about anything.
They come and collect on the said given date and time. But the promise to get it delivered within 3 weeks always falls through. They cannot deliver on what they say. Which makes them a liar.
I had packed a box with different sealed bags inside it. They came. Weighed. Measured. Collected the money. And took my box. After that poooooooffffff. Gone. They dont answer and when they did it was excuses as what everybody else has experienced. It’s in process. It is waiting to be cleared. It’s stuck at this point, blah blah blah. Any time they would pick the phone, they would just make excuses and laugh at me. I even went by to the address of the business and lo and behold, the shutters were down and one of the neighbours said that they hardly come in, maybe once a week. After this i had given up hope that my parcel would ever reach the destination. Finally it reach pakistan, even then it was not straight. I had to get my family involved to chase it up. Finally when it did arrive to the destination, the box was nowhere in sight instead everything was in a black bin bag, which is not how i sent it.
This company/ business really disappointed me.

Very bad service I never come across people like pakistancargo4u.
I am considering reporting them to Trading Standard.

Please AVOID this cargo service. Thiefs!!!

Not arrived in Pakistan . I kept ringing them but every time they have new story . They r fruity people. No hope .please all peoples take action

POOR SERVICE, UNRELIABLE COMPANY
This company has poor customer service. They dont pick up calls or respond to customer emails.

THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES! I SENT CARGO BY AIR JANUARY 3RD I PAID OVER £500 JUST FOR SHIPPING AS THEY PROMISED THEY WILL DELIVER BY AIR IN 2/3WEEKS THEY DIDNT IT IS NOW MAY 30TH THEY KEEP TELLING ME TUESDAY/SATURDAY I JUST FINISHED A PHONE CALL TO ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS, HE KEEPS TAUNTING AND SPEAKING OVER ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO SAY, THEY WONT REFUND ME OR DELIVER THE ITEMS I HAVE SENT, GUESS WHAT HE TOLD ME?
