Completely useless company. In fact will report to trading standards. They took our parcel in November 2022 and was going via ship. Having given 100 pounds they apparently have been delivered to Pakistan in Feb. However excuses after excuse they are still stuck in Karachi. It’s a delay tactic. They blamed elections, weather, Ramadan and now Eid. Some other cargo companies have already delivered to the same village. These guys are totally incompetent and if you do use them just be aware that you may not see your items on the other side. Avoid at all costs.

95392/95391. My shipment was collected on 21 of December. I paid for 2 shipments. Air Cargo and ship cargo.
I am still waiting.its 4 months now. I paid the on the day of collection.

Poor service and disgusting customer service. Lost one of my packages and now won't refund. Avoid these scammers.

Paid extra to get luggage delivered by air. 2 months later its still not been delivered. No customer service at all, lies upon lies if they answer the phone and just not interested. Avoid like the black plague. Company is currently dissolved on companies House so I don't know how they are operating. Will be speaking to Trading Standards, HMRC and any regulatory bodies to shut them down. Should've checked the reviews on TP before booking with these cowboys.

Baggage finally turned up in July 2023 with items missing. No surprise.

My cargo finally reached Pakistan after sixteen weeks. All of my stuff was in tact, however they mixed one of my bag with someone else’s. I got a random suit case full of stuff that did not belong to me. According to them, they have traced my bag and hopefully I should be getting it within this week. If anyone has a missing black suit case that has not reached them, please email me on mashu95@hotmail. Com

This is not cargo company.they are bunch of lairs. Iam going to start legal process against them.they should not allowed to work in this country .they take money.promise to reach my parcel in 10days.now more then 1month.did not received parcel.they don't reply always tomorrow.

It is the worst company ,pathetic experience. Take ages to deliver and most expensive items were missing and when you try to complain they just hang up and never answer your call back. I wish i had read their reviews before sending parcel but unfortunately after my worst experience when i read their reviews almost every one told the same story it means they are just playing with you there is no genuine problem all lame excuses. Now for the missing items there is no refund and customer service is horrible. Please don't use this service.

I don’t want to give them even one star. The luggage I send arrives in Pakistan all destroyed ruined soaked in water. 100s of pounds gone waste. Waste of time. When I contacted them. They refused to even listen the complaints. AVOID!!

Definitely a Fraud...Cargo was collected from my house in December. Paid for the service to be delivered by January. Cargo purpose was to send all my sons wedding clothes gifts and decor. I travelled to Pakistan myself in the first week February the wedding has now started but no sign of my Cargo goods. Disguted by the level of Customer service. HASAN main man decides to hang up on you and speaks with utter disrespect. Cargo has been stuck in customs apparently!!! Its all Crap they are covering their own mistakes. Can't stick to 1 story 1 day Cargo has left karachi and will be delivered next day its stuck in karachi again what the Hell. I want my money back

My cargo has been missing for months and they can not locate it, it’s very frustrating and they are doing nothing to help

One of the worst Companies i have ever dealt with. They are not even worth 1 star! I have previously sent items via Cargo with other Companies which take about 6-8 weeks to arrive. I sent a box on 26th October 2022 and have been chasing them since the end of December and it has still not been delivered! They never respond to emails and answer the phone after a long time and cannot provide any satisfactory updates! They kept asking me to call back in a few days time by which they will have more information but whenever I did, I was not provided with any concrete timelines as they kept blaming Pakistan Customs for the delays! Their website is not updated and they charged me £2.50 per kg for the items as I had packed them in a box instead of the stated £1.50/kg. They charged an additional £10/- for packaging which is not stated anywhere! Unscrupulous Business Practices I must say. I will never use them again and urge you to avoid them!

Pathetic service, Been told that paercels will be delivered by 6 weeks. Never have my parcel delivered since 11 November 2022. All I heard them saying wait for Monday! Wait till Friday! Custom not cleared yet! Wait for next week keeps going and going again since 3 months. Operator's are disrespectful they putt you on hold and say I asked to wait.

Unprofessional say they will ring back but don't spent alot off money sending items by Air Cargo been 2weeks items not delivered said would deliver in 10days bad experience

I send my parcel in oct and it was suppose to be deliver by the december but it never did i called number off time when ever i called that guys says iwill be delived in 2 day or monday or thursday or next mam please wait yet they still didnt took my money i send all those gifts for my poor family members but i think u guys needed more help tthen those poor familes

This company has poor customer service. They dont pick up calls or respond to customer emails.
They make false statements to customers like telling them their cargo will be delivered on a date then make no delivery attempt.
I have not received my cargo for 4 months now.
Please improve your service otherwise customers will never use your company again.

I wish it could have a negative rating star too , the most pathetic company and the customer service I have come across in my life ever. So I was told my luggage will be delivered in 6 weeks , it is already 8 weeks but there is no sign of delivery. The owners me the receptionist both are so I'll mannered rude people they give damn to the people concern . I'll wait for nother 2 weeks and if they don't make upto their words I will certainly take a legal action against them . I even asked them some tracking number to track stuff in Pakistan but this pathetic company doesn't provide that even. They will have to pay the price for their sick service and I suggest people not , I say Not to use their service ever again. I have already spreader the word to my frnds who were considering them

DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! SENT 23 BOXES OF BRAND NEW THINGS, INCLUDING A BRAND NEW BOXED WASHING MACHINE!!! SPENT JUST UNDER £1000 TO SEND CARGO. CARGO THINGS WORTH OVER £4000. SENT CARGO AT THE START OF JULY 2022, WAS TOLD WILL BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 6-8 WEEKS, ITS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS NOW!!!! DISGRACEFUL!!!!! THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS YOU SEND!!!!
