Palace Plumbers Ltd Reviews

Very competent and user friendly. Also reasonable pricing.

Great service when we had an emergency plumbing issue

Completely satisfied with the job from my initial phone call to it’s completion. Excellent service fantastic advice and the engineer was polite and professional. Job done at the time they said and at the price quoted. Will definitely use again and fully recommend without hesitation

Used them twice now. Excellent customer service. Totally reliable. Great work. Very professional all round.

Very pleased with Palace Plumbers Ltd. Boiler swap was a reasonable price. The engineer was efficient, friendly and took time to explain how the controls on the new boiler worked. Good to find a local company who responded quickly with a quote and did a great job.

As always, excellent, first class work. Plumber arrived an hour after my phone call, was friendly and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, what more could you ask. My husband was a builder for many years and knows the value of a good, reliable firm of plumbers. We will definitely use Palace Plumbers again.

Fast service and very helpful with good communication. Would definitely recommend

I wasn't here but my son said he was really helpful. Prompt response as well.

I was delighted with the service that Palace Plumbers provided and I will definitely contact them again if I need a plumber.

I highly recommend this company. Their engineers are very professional and knowledgable. This time was second time that I used this company due to low pressure problem with our Megaflow. Mike, their engineer was very efficient and discovered the problem and fixed it promptly.

Palace Plumbers responded promptly to my call and arrived within a couple of hours. They fixed my plumbing problem quickly and effectively.

Prompt response to my initial contact, friendly, helpful and very efficient plumber, and good communication all round.

The engineer visited soon after my initial enquiry. He did a thorough survey of my central heating system and I promptly received a quote for the work. On the allotted day, two engineers turned up promptly, and although I had been warned the work might run into two days, they worked hard till about six o'clock in the evening to finish and restore my central heating. The office staff were equally efficient - calling when they said they would, producing quotes quickly, etc.
The final bill was exactly what they quoted. I would have no qualms in recommending Palace Plumbers to anyone. Thoroughly reliable service.

turned up bang on time, polite efficient, got the job done, would have no problem recommending in future

Great service provided in a short timeframe.
My hot water at the first floor was not working.
The plumber immediately understood the problem was with the valve of the water tank at the top floor. Quickly changed and fixed the problem. Well done

Absolutely delighted with Palace Plumbers, Spencer and Taz were fantastic - they removed existing and installed new radiators, fitted a new shower for us and installed a replacement saniflo pump. They were professional, polite, tidy and a real pleasure to have around. Ian in the office went out of his way to find us the best deals on our new shower and screen and nothing was too much trouble - he’s a credit to the company. I hardly ever write reviews but I had to write one this time, I really would not hesitate in recommending them - you could not do better,

Good service, friendly staff, what more could you ask for.
