Excellent service from GB DIY.
I had a broken centre lock mechanism on my front door and contacted GB DIY who were extremely helpful in identifying the correct replacement part.When I went to collect the replacement they swapped the damaged part out on my multipoint locking faceplate at no extra cost.Service over and beyond.Definitely a 5* company to deal with

Fast and easy delivery. What I ordered wasn't correct so I returned it and they refunded me, very quick and easy.

i tried over 4 days to contact GBdiy, by phone - no answer, no call back to messages left; by email 2 or 3 times, no acknowledgement no call back. you have more chance contacting the dead.

A detailed, accurate diagram of the required item on the company's website aided me in choosing the correct item.
The item was despatched quickly but courier Fedex passed the package to an unidentified alternative courier for delivery so Fedex's quoted delivery date was not met, no alternative date was advised and tracking on the Fedex site became inoperative.
The item was delivered 3 days after Fedex's quoted day. GB DIY Store carried out their part correctly, Fedex's actions caused me some worry, however I would order from this company again when necessary.

Our new-build home came with a thumb-turn lock on the inside of the front door. Unfortunately, our young son (Autistic) and very clever managed to unlock it and get outside, with his twin sisters trying to follow him, which was extremely dangerous.

After searching for a solution, we came across this company and found exactly what we needed—a high-security replacement lock. It was very easy to fit, works perfectly, and is one of the smoothest and easiest locks I’ve ever used from both the inside and outside.

So far, we’ve had no issues at all, and it has given us much greater peace of mind. Hopefully it continues to perform well for years to come. I would definitely recommend both this product and this company.

I ordered a gearbox for a multi point locking system which was delivered promptly. The new gearbox was faulty, but after contacting Taylor, he sent out a replacement with no quibbling which arrived the very next day which was perfect.

I had repaired the door 3 times, the lock was on its last legs, I didn't think I could get parts and a new door was looming. I then saw the tag line for the company that explained it would more than certainly be the gearbox. I searched the extensive list of spares with precise drawings showing the measurements. I found one that matched all the dimensions. When it arrived it was simple to replace and now the door works perfectly. Great company with spot on advice to replace just the gearbox, thank you
