Palm Spas Reviews

Fantastic service and great product, will defiantly be buying from you again!!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service hot tub ordered on Tuesday delivered on Friday, the 2 guys that’s delivered the tub were very professional and told us everything we needed to know, love our tub would highly recommend this company

Really good customer services from pre-sales all the way through delivery and to post sales.
Particularly impressed with the speed of resolution of queries and replacement parts shipping times.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, and only do so when I have been genuinely impressed with customer service or products and can say that on both fronts Palm Spas have been exemplary!

Palm spas were excellent from the first enquiry to the Install

Great communication, service and price,

Grant and Kyle the installers were very efficient and helpful, I would highly recommend this company to anyone

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great service, great product, great efficiency on delivery and install

Palm spas give a very good service.
Order arrived very quickly

Fantastic quick service thank you really pleased

Once again another fantastic service from Grant and Aron they just fitted a lifter to my hot tub cover, its great I can now very easily take off the lid and enjoy the whole hot tub rather than just one half that I been doing up till now, I found it too hard to lift the cover off on my own. Cant fault the service from both Grant and Aron they are always so polite, very hard tidy workers and explain fully and show you how it worked and before they left always ask do I have any questions etc. Thank you both so much.

Excellent customer service and immediate fast dispatch would recommend highly

Always on hand to help excellent service always

Hot tub arrived and set up by Luke .
More than happy with the Service and set up.
Jade in the showroom was especially helpful.
Enjoyed our first night in the hot tub.
If buying a hot tub I would strongly recommend Palm Spa.

Palm Spas were recommended to me and have been professional and provided excellent service and installation. Thanks to Jamie and mate who were very careful and took care to install in the best situation and left everything tidier than when they arrived! The tub and service are excellent 😁
