Palm Spas Reviews

Called at palm spas as most men sceptical spoke to a young gentleman Jamie he was what I needed not pushy told us what spec each tub had and left us to make up our own minds 10 days later I am pleased to say I was wrong it is what we needed all along all delivered and installed cheers to the team you've been amazing

Jade has been excellent and her customer service is fantastic. Jade is very quick to response whenever I had any questions regarding the product and finance.

I would recommend anyone to use the company for the the hot tub. I’m just waiting for the delivery and Insolation which has been booked already. Thank you Jade again for your exceptional service.

We had our Spritz + hot tub installed today by Jamie and Aaron. Delivered on time and all set up and working within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Fantastic service from ordering to installation.
Would highly recommend.

I ordered a Coco hot tub in June and was kept fully informed about delivery. Today my hot tub arrived and Grant and Jamie were superb in their installation and set up. They were very friendly and explained everything and all done within 2 hours!! I cant wait to get in it tonight. Thanks Palm Spas!

So today our tub arrived and we couldn't be happier,Grant and Sean had a real struggle to squeeze it in but were just amazing, our son had his last year so we went with his recommendation and so pleased we did as the sale and delivery was smooth and stress free.
Thank you palm 🌴 spa we highly recommend you and your wonderful team, now to enjoy the evening with many more to come.

From deciding to go with Palm Spas to wallowing in my tub the whole experience has been great. The 2 lads, Dan & Scott had my beautiful tub in and running in no time. After driving most of the night to get here they worked non-stop till the job was done. Excellent service lads.10/10

We had such an amazing experience with Palm Spas from the initial enquiry to the regular use of our amazing hot-tub....Liam and Jamie's install went smoother than I ever imagined with a tight gateway to navigate and raised decking as a final location, the guys had a breeze getting it in!
A big thank you to Liam for conversing with me on a Sunday (his day off) regarding the filtration system....we will be recommending to you friends and family alike....cheers guys

Excellent, pleasant, professional service from Dan and Rich today. They phoned to advise of arrival time, liaised well with the crane driver and then installed the tub. They worked with us to ensure it was placed in the right location and were really clear and concise on how we should clean and work the tub - nothing was too much trouble for them - a superb team.

Really happy with the service and delivery by Marcel & Billy. Worked hard on a very hot day and tight access.
They spent time explaining the controls and we're lovely guys.
Thankyou.

I have had my hot tub delivered today by Dan & Rich top lads were very helpful, polite and went the extra mile for me to get my tub in position they were really good at explaining the workings of the hot tub I had purchased I would recommend these two to anyone and would also like to say thanks to palm spas they were helpful on the phone and delivered the hot tub when they said the product it’s spot on and everything I wanted thanks Gareth I will definitely be recommending palm spas. Happy Customer.

From start to finish the experience was professional and courteous. I had a small window of opportunity to get a hot tub bought and delivered whilst my neighbours’ garage had been demolished (otherwise I would have needed crane hire to get the tub in place).
Everyone I spoke with were honest and delivered on their promises. The tub was delivered by Rich and Dan who were both amazing! They kept me updated on delivery times and their route and once delivered, they took the time to go through everything I needed to know about owning a hot tub and even had time to talk to my kids who were buzzing around with excitement.
Still not used it yet - delays with the wet weather and getting the concrete base and pergola finished - so unable to comment on the product itself but the service and experience with Palm Spas was faultless!!!

Wow, what a great company palm spas is! From start to finish this company has remained professional throughout our hot tub journey.

In this day n age, it’s hard to find the legit companies through the scammers. We did lots of research, looked at the many reviews and contacted palm spa’s who put us at ease. It took only 10 days to deliver which was better for us than any other company we tried.

Upon arrival Marcel & Billy was thorough, straight to the point and just genuine guys that knew their stuff.

The hot tub itself is just beautiful,
It brings a modern but elegant touch to the stables & farm yard.

I will definitely be recommending palm spa’s to all my friends & family.

Dan and Rich delivered with a smile, laughter and could not do enough to make sure all was working perfect and made sure you under stood how to use it correctly. So glad I brought it

After their long Drive from Chesterfield to Eastbourne Dan and Rich kept me informed of arrival time, explained everything about the spa they were so helpful and friendly.

Would throughly recommend Palm Spas. They delivered well within the estimated delivery date. Dan and Rich who installed it were very friendly, and gave a full demo with plenty of tips, and answered all our questions. Many thanks

The entire process of purchasing our first hot tub ran smoothly. We were given an estimated delivery date within 6 weeks and it arrived exactly when we were told. The delivery men, Dan and rich kept me fully informed when they were on the way, they set the hot tub up and were so helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt so at ease as being a first time hot tubber was daunting but they reassured me and encouraged me contact them as often as I needed. The whole experience ran smoothly! I would definitely purchase from them again

I am so pleased with my hot tub, the service has been great from start to finish. I am so glad I paid for it to be installed as Dan & Rich who installed it were amazing and took no time in putting it together and went through everything I needed to know. I can highly recommend this company

Billy and Jordan delivered our hot tub through a field with horses in and over a fence. No fuss, great service and taught us exactly what to do to keep the tub in great order. So happy with the tub and totally recommend Palm Spas.

I cannot thank and praise this company enough. All communication was excellent, helpful, friendly and professional. The hot tub arrived literally the day after we ordered and the delivery guys were really polite and helpful. Even when I had a question out of hours, a answer via messenger came back. Brilliant company. Highly recommend.
