Palm Spas Reviews

Just brilliant from start to finish, gave me confidence to buy, fantastic caring company which to me nowadays is a dying breed, delivery guys were well mannered and polite, after sales questions were answered, thank you palm spas top marks from me.

Had our hot tub delivered Tuesday by Arron & Reece. (Reece’s Birthday) They had to think outside the box, They did an amazing job installing the tub for me and taking my mind off of my dogs surgery . The tub I choose was The colada 5 person excellent price and it looks amazing I can’t wait to get in it . I highly recommend Palm spas . Thank you all so much 😁😁👍👍

Hot tub delivered this morning. Billy and Grant were friendly and professional managing the delivery through limited space, siting and installing the hot tub speedily and efficiently. Instructions were clear, concise and made me feel totally confident about maintaining the tub. Jamie in sales has also been approachable and professional whilst answering numerous questions. Great job guys from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Palm Spas.

Had our Spa delivered last Wednesday. Arron and Reece were extremely helpful and patient. The actual hot tub is excellent value for money. Would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to others.

Excellent service today from Aaron & Reece of Palm Spas. Highly recommend.

Had my hot tub delivered today by Billy and Grant, what can I say...they were absolutely brilliant, the access wasn’t great but they really did a fantastic job, a real credit to Palm Spas, I would definitely recommend this company. Couldn’t fault the service from Jamie either, ordered my tub and was told approx 2 weeks and 8 days later it’s delivered and bubbling away. Great service guys, thanks so much 😃😃😃

We can’t recommend this company enough, helpful with advice pre delivery, a great installation team that set us up on the day and Palm Spas have also answered any questions we had after installation immediately. We have the Maya 5+ and love it, I had doubts about this being a novelty but the family don’t miss a day without using it.

Refresh Hot tub delivered by Gareth and Aaron who were brilliant, set it all up, gave us a demo, and all done quickly and efficiently. Great communication with Jamie throughout the whole buying process, and loving our hot tub, just perfect!!

My Colada Hot Tub arrived last Thursday Amazing service from Palm Spas 👌
From order to delivery / installation I have nothing to fault.
Jaime assisted in my order and kept in touch when I had any queries.
Aaron and Billy installed it exactly where I wanted and explained everything to me in great detail (hot tub novice) including some great tips on looking after the tub.
The family are loving the tub, bubbles, speakers and lights.
Thanks Palm Spas 👍
