Concern over returned parcels not being received however superb service from IIona reinstated my faith in this company.
Really concerned, returned two boxes 4/10 via my local PO, printing up the EVRI labels and followed all instructions…an attempt at delivery of the parcels was made to the company 6/10 specific timing on the tracking 13:06 and 13:09 respectively but delivery could not be made. I have emailed customer support just now but extremely concerned about my returned items, why were the parcels not delivered when an attempt of delivery was made and when will I get the refund which totals £350? ## UPDATE ##
Following an email to Palome, I received a prompt response apologising and that an investigation would be made. I had an immediate refund of all items and a £50 voucher which was unexpected and appreciated. I have given 4 stars as maybe the company should not be using EVRI as there was this issue with returns plus with the delivery EVRI left the parcel on the doorstep whilst I was on holiday and I had advised that that should not happen. IIona from customer services was a real ambassador for Palome, I will be ordering again and using my voucher 😁

Quality Cashmere at a terrific price
I made my first purchase of a cashmere jumper from Palome.
It will not be my last. The quality of cashmere is outstanding for the price. Item came beautifully packaged. Customer service was excellent, an error was made in the style of jumper I ordered, this was resolved quickly, with great communication from Ilona. Well done Palome.

Everything is good about Palome. I've bought three items now and I want more! I love their philosophy of not buying more than you need, but they're making it hard. Palome's values feel genuinely authentic and the products are really stylish, gorgeous quality with beautiful fabrics. The Moorgate jeans reminded me of what good quality denim feels like, the cashmere jumper is something I want to wear constantly and I'm planning to wear the Victoria dress at a work meeting next week. The cut, fit, quality is all real, they're not making it up. Beautifully packaged, efficient buying process and very nice communication. I feel effortlessly stylish in these clothes and the price point is fantastic. This is fast becoming my new favourite brand, and seems like they are getting everything right.

Amazing Customer Service
Purchased two shirts from Palome. One silk and a cotton shirt. Both incredible quality however, the cotton shirt was too big for me. I returned the cotton shirt, but the postal service didn’t scan the parcel properly. I received an email from Cici letting me know that there was a delay and that she would keep an eye out for the parcel coming in. I would like to commend Cici for her fantastic customer service. She really is an attribute to the company. Her compassion really made the experience so much more personal. I was having a similar issue with another company and the difference between the two customer services was astounding. Thank you again for all your help Cici :)

I have to say I have rarely had such a brilliant experience purchasing clothes online. I have just received delivery of my second purchase. The delivery is super fast and the packaging and tracking details first class. Both items I have purchased have exceeded expectations. I am now a massive fan of Palome. Really happy with my products and the overall experience.
I purchased the Paddington Trousers, Chiswick Dress, Jasmine Cashmere t-shirt and the Versailles Mongolian Cashmere top.
All the products were beautiful. The trousers are great, I loved the ability to change the waist in/out, as it made the fit much more versatile. I returned the Chiswick Dress, I ordered my usual size 8, but it was too big. The cashmere tops are so soft. I ordered both the black ad ivory in the Mongolian Cashmere, but returned the black one. Only because I was really happy with the Jasmine Cashmere tshirt in black. I will definitely buy from Palome again. I ordered Monday and received everything nicely wrapped inside the box on Wednesday. The returns were also really easy.

Ordered several items, two I loved and the two I didn’t were still lovely, just not a great fit for me. Really great quality clothes for the price. I had read some reviews about returns being difficult but it couldn’t be easier. I had a very quick response to my email enquiring how to return and when I set up an account , as instructed, the return was very simple to do. Will definitely order again
