My Luxury Capsule Wardrobe
I’ve now bought thirteen pieces from Palome — and every single one has earned its place in my wardrobe. From the Florentine dress and Pimlico silk dress to the Versailles and Étoile cardigans, I feel like I’ve quietly built the capsule wardrobe I always dreamed of.
The Varenne silk shirts (I have both black and ivory) are the backbone of it all — beautifully draped, easy to care for, and versatile enough for everything from morning coffee to dinner out with my husband. The Danube cashmere sweater and Jasmine cashmere T-shirt feel weighty yet soft — you can sense the quality the second you touch them.
What I love most is the brand’s story and philosophy. Using downtime in the world’s best ateliers to create small-batch luxury feels exactly right for this moment — thoughtful, sustainable, and quietly confident. The pink stitch detail on every piece always makes me smile; it’s a lovely secret signature that reminds me someone really cared about the making.
As a coffee shop owner (and dog mum to four lively pups!) I live in practical clothes — but Palome has shown me that practical can still be elegant. I throw the Stratford skirt on with trainers and a knit in the morning, or the Rivoli body under a blazer for evening, and everything just works.
The packaging feels as luxurious as the pieces inside, and the customer service has been impeccable. I also love that new drops arrive every two weeks — it’s exciting but never overwhelming.

Issue with returns
Ordered a pair of jeans and tried to return. Label wasn't generated and there is no way of redoing or retrieving it.
Customer service sent out a block response e-mail and despite many attempts to make contact have had no resolution.

Palmerlome products are just gorgeous. They have a luxurious feel. They are really well made and feel fabulous to wear. The sizing is good and the packaging matches the brand. Always wrapped in tissue and come in a study box. It is like Christmas when it arrives.

Amazing experience with customer service. Realised I had received a sweatshirt with a small fault. Reached out to customer services and they replied and resolved the issue within 24 hours. A new item was dispatched promptly. No fuss. No quibbles and generally just a great experience. Couldn’t fault their process. Thanks so much!

I wanted to order a jumper but sizing only goes up to a 14, I am a 16, standard size these days , will you be getting bigger sizes ?
The company have advised me bigger sizes coming soon , hopefully be nice if before Christmas as just wanted a round neck jumper.

I have purchased a couple of beautiful cashmere sweaters recently. I was delighted with the swift delivery and beautiful packaging. Ordered a cashmere turtleneck on 12/10/25 and it arrived two days later !! The sweater is beautiful and lovely quality and very reasonably priced - it fits perfectly. The package was divine - a sturdy cardboard box with beautiful graphics on the front and the sweater was wrapped in pretty tissue paper.
