Speedy delivery and beautifully packaged. The cardigan is such good quality and I have barely taken it off! So competitively priced. Palome has become my go to for classic, timeless pieces.

-1 stars, mainly for 2 reasons.
Firstly, this is my second order. I ordered a sweater in October and delivery was £3.99. This time, I ordered something and delivery was £5.99. I would have preferred a cheaper delivery cost-- some people don't mind waiting. In fact, it's something I enjoy. Someone else has also mentioned the delivery packaging issue and I also agree. The box is really large for one item. I feel like this kind of unboxing experience was designed for social media reels and imitating luxury. While it's a nice touch, I think a 'sustainable wardrobe' should extend to packaging and shipping. The box is nice, but I don't need another one. Maybe you could offer customers a choice at checkout and allow them to save on delivery cost as a result?

Secondly, while I like the Charlot sweater I ordered this time, I felt that the photos were not entirely helpful. I knew I was ordering a boatneck, but it is ever so slightly square. I double checked the photos on the models and they actually don't show the neckline - in particular on the grey sweater, the model's hair is covering most of the neckline. In this instance, I'm not going to send it back because it happened to be an acceptable surprise but as an online-only store, I feel that it would help customers make decisions if you have photos of the clothing laid flat or on hanger, as well as on a model.

Nonetheless, I did get a lovely, soft sweater for about £20-50 less than other high street brands so I won't complain too much. I have eczema but recently discovered I can wear cashmere when flare ups recede and that's a relief as the we're going through a cold snap. I may not buy again soon but I might check back in a few months to see if any of the sustainability credentials improve.

I have purchased two items from Palome and they are absolutely beautiful and well made but I have to say the packaging was a surprise. They arrived in a lovely box and wrapped in even more beautiful paper. So my first order would definitely not be my last.

The clothes are amazing and good quality. The returns process is really comp. I only have a couple of days to return all my clothes and now I cannot generate a return label and have emailed the address to get another label however the customer service is pouring this day return and age return should be easy. They are making it very difficult.

I’ve been so impressed with Palome, the quality of their pieces, so beautifully made and refreshingly well-priced compared to many other French labels. Even the packaging stood out; it smelled wonderful and felt so thoughtfully put together. Their customer service is outstanding, quick, efficient, and genuinely above most other brands I’ve shopped with. I’m so pleased to have discovered Palome, and it will definitely be my go-to in the future.

I have placed several orders and have been really impressed with the quality of the clothes, particularly the cashmere (which I was initially sceptical of due to the price). I had to return an item from one of my orders, which was unfortunately lost en route by Evri. Thankfully Palome’s customer service team responded quickly to my email advising them of my missing return and they immediately sorted out my refund.

Couldn't believe my eyes when the shirt I've been wanting was finally available in my size!!! It's unique. So quietly elegant and astounding in it's simplicity.
There is one issue though- the scent they spray the boxes with- I NEED to know what is it ! Please,Palome team,message me and let me know!! Thank you!

I've honestly been so impressed with the quality of the products. The Emile cashmere sweater in particular is stunning; such a gorgeous fit and the knit is outstanding for the price. I have a very similar sweater I bought from a US brand at more than 3 times the price which has not worn anywhere near as well. The jeans are amazing - all true to size and really great cuts. They look far more expensive and I like that they are not mainstream. I will definitely be adding more items to my wishlist! The customer service is second-to-none - Ilona is super helpful and professional and even returns are easy. I know that the brand's ethos is to reduce returns - and I fully support that - but had to send back a pair of jeans that just didn't work for me. I think now I've purchased a few items, I am confident in the sizing and fit and so hopefully won't need to in future.

Have bought several items since I discovered this gem of a company . Great quality and very stylish. My new go to for super soft stylish knitwear and flattering easy to wear jeans . What a find!!

Lovely clothes, recommended by a friend and they weren’t wrong. My order arrived in beautiful packaging, both the glebe skirt and portobello trousers are gorgeous, both fit perfectly and can be dressed up or down. Quality products at reasonable prices, what’s not to love. See you again soon!!

Good quality clothes at a reasonable cost. Delivery is quick and the items nicely packaged. I had to return items and was refunded quickly. Customer service is very good. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend.

Beautiful, high quality pieces sent quickly - and also beautifully wrapped! I bought the Apoline cardigan and the Hounslow jeans and have been wearing both pieces non stop - they are absolutely lovely. The perfect cut and very chic.

You know how it is, the search for the simple black dress and then you find it, and the price is affordable. Well that is the story of my recent online purchase. I've worn it for lunch at Mowhay, Polzeath, Stein's for a birthday celebration and dinner at the Oyster Catcher! I've tried it with a belt, a cardigan and love the loose fit. I would recommend this lovely dress - thank you for the pretty packaging and prompt delivery, it felt really unique and luxurious.

I got a jumper and a cardigan, both in a mohair blend — the colours are gorgeous, the quality and cut are amazing, and I’m absolutely in love with the fabric. I’ve already got my eye on one of their wool tops next! The prices are surprisingly good, too.

So I bought two pairs of jeans. The Carnaby and Royal intending to return one pair after seeing which one I preferred. Basically they're both great and I'm keeping them. To anyone else who is a size 16 and has a nightmare buying jeans this is for you. These have a flattering shape, I'm curvy and wide leg jeans can billow out and look ridiculous but these are not too wide, they retain the shape that you see on slimmer girls. They stretch out a tiny bit but not a lot. I'm 44"hip and 5ft 6" 31" inside leg. These fall to my shoe perfectly. The denim is really soft and looks great with a rolled ankle to create a barrel leg jean.

I have recently bought the most gorgeous wide leg jeans from Palome - the most comfortable and flattering jeans I've ever bought. I have also bought two cashmere cardigans, in mocha and pale brown, which have received so many compliments. Great products at good prices, well done and thank you!

Another delivery, another very happy me, I have worn the Hounslow jeans every day since I got them, please, please can you make them in grey or black denim too, or both!! And soon, love you and very very happy to have found Palome x
