Excellent quality
The quality of both items (cashmere jumper & linen trousers) was excellent. Both are comfortable and flattering. Sizing runs large. Ordered 8s originally and they were WAY too big. 6 is still draping and loose but in a chic way.

This company is quite simply brilliant. Every aspect of the customer experience is well designed and high functioning - their customer service is among the best I’ve ever seen; ordering, delivery & returns are straightforward and reliable; and most importantly the pricing and quality of the clothing is just extraordinarily good value. Their designs are simple but classic and I just trust them to make a great job of whatever staple I buy. I was completely floored to learn that this company is only three months old - as a former entrepreneur and now investor, I know the level of talent, hard work and integrity it takes from a small early stage team to deliver such impeccable results, so hopefully they will continue to amass a cult following. Buying clothes can be a bit of a bleak gauntlet, between the time consuming & hit or miss preloved apps, the ethically bankrupt quagmire of fast fashion, and the cynical greed of many so called high end brands. If you’re looking for the holy grail of beautifully made, ethically sourced clothes of the type it is almost impossible to find at an affordable price these days, Palome is a treasure of a find.

Lovely products and really good…
Lovely products and really good quality! I was very sceptical given the heavy social media marketing which usually ends in me being scammed somehow, I took precautions paying on credit card etc. I ordered 5 or 6 pieces expecting to keep 1 or 2. I kept all but one, the linen trousers come up large and didn't suit me. The rest is lovely, the bakerloo trousers are comfortable and smart.
Items have washed well and I keep checking in for new arrivals! Be quick if you see something though, my items sold out during the hour I thought I'd take to have a think 🤣
Returns are a little slow, but absolutely no issue with refund.

Just starting out
I adore the concept and designs at Palome, however I think its clear that as a new company they still have some processes that need ironing out.
I ordered a top which arrived seeming very small (something which other reviews posted since on the website also agree with) and wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. The only possible way is to return the original and buy a different size separately, and returns are highly discouraged.
I first couldn't return the parcel because it wasn't showing on my account as ever being delivered. After emailing customer services they sorted it straight away, so I started my return. The only option was Evri print at home and I don't have a printer. Again, Customer Services were happy to help. I returned my parcel a week ago and today received an email saying my return request is expiring, but on checking my tracking it arrived with them 6 days ago. I have every faith that customer services will respond helpfully to my email.
Their customer services team are friendly and responsive, but it shouldn't require so much contact to return an item, especially when the item doesn't conform to standard sizing. I would like to buy from Palome again in the future because the top in the right size was lovely and a great quality, but I may wait a little time to give them a chance to iron out these issues.

At the moment, our return portal can only generate printable labels rather than QR codes, which meant parcels returned using a QR code were more difficult for us to locate in our system. That’s absolutely not your fault, and we should have made this clearer from the start.
We’ve taken your feedback to heart, we’ve seen firsthand how this process could be improved, and we’re actively working on making returns simpler and more seamless. Packing fail
I recently bought the Juliette top and I'm pleased with the quality, design and fit. However, it's a slim top and it arrived it arrived in a very large, very thick cardboard box that was unnecessarily environmentally unfriendly. If it had been in a paper bag, it would have gone through the letter box, and the transit and resource costs would have been much lower. Fashion brands really need to take responsibility for their environmental impact and those that fail to do so will be left behind. As a result of this experience, I won't be buying from Palome again unless they radically shift their approach. In addition, I wrote a similar review on their website last week and it still has not been posted. I can only assume they only post unequivocally favourable reviews. Another ethical red flag...

I’ve been hugely impressed by their customer service - highly efficient, charming, respectful and thorough. I’ve had to return a couple of pieces, not because they weren’t beautiful, but simply because they didn’t hang well on me (nobody can expect everything to fit perfectly, even when the design is this high quality). I came across Palome on Instagram and ordered a few products. Delivery was fast and clothing perfectly packaged. The Etienne blouse is beautiful, good quality material and looks so stylish with trousers or jeans. Sizing on the smaller size but other than that a definite 5 stars 🌟
