Pleased with my purchases, nice quality and fit, very happy and will definitely order again. I agree with other reviewers that sizing runs slightly large. Delivery was really quick too. Not 5 stars because I was slightly disappointed to see they’re manufactured in PRC, but I’m a realist and appreciate that’s probably how they keep costs down.

The most beautiful high quality clothes, honestly they feel so perfect on and they arrive so beautifully packaged! Amazing customer service and can't wait to buy more. I'm officially addicted.

Was a bit worried - particularly as I couldn’t pay by PayPal so just bought the lovely cream cardigan - even though I’d looked at the navy/cashmere navy sleeveless top. And hoped. Quickly arrived. Beautifully packaged and lovely quality. Will def look at other stuff now.

Re sizing. I’m 5 ft 3 and normally a size 8. Checked out their sizing guide and went for a 6 with fingers crossed. Fits fine. Arms very slightly long but look fine as draped over top of hand. Love it!

All I have done recently is tell everyone about Palome, after ordering 6 items from them and every single one is stunning. The jeans fit like a glove (who likes jeans shopping anyways…this makes it actually enjoyable!) and when I wear the cardis I get so many comments asking where they’re from. The cashmere jumper is effortlessly gorgeous and fits beautifully.
I genuinely feel my entire wardrobe could be Palome now! The orders arrived in super quick time to top it all off.

Brilliantly cut jeans.

Beautiful clothes at a fantastic price. Very speedy delivery via DPD, arriving on a Sunday. I bought the Wimbledon jeans - gorgeous fit at the waist & hips but far too long. Even if I wore 6 inch heels! I’m 5’7” so am not remotely petite. It’s unusual for trousers to be too long for me. I will need to get them taken up. Cashmere cardigan in peony. Also beautiful but a tiny bit on the big side. I’d say this brand runs a soupçon on the large side. I might size down on knitwear in future. But will definitely buy more from this brand! Oh and there was the most gorgeous scent when I opened the box - they must use scented tissue paper, which was a lovely touch!

Ordered a couple of items - both were high quality, packaged beautifully in sustainable packaging. One wasn’t cut quite for me so I’ll return that, but the Lilas top I will keep - lovely quality for the money. The free gift was gorgeous as well, and also high quality and well designed, which is rarely the case when a brand throw in a freebie. This brand seems to be getting a lot right: small batches, sustainable and economical business model, good quality.

Wow. This brand is amazing - if you are looking for serious style and exceptional quality with prices that are kind on the wallet then Palome is the answer. I have had so many great compliments on my Moorgate jeans which are a new loved favourite already, the cashmere is super high end soft as is the beautifully cut Belleville silk shirt and packing the Kensington dress for summer holiday chic! Seriously impressed and I can’t wait to buy more. French fashion at its best with pricing that will make it my new go to brand! Hooray! Fast and fragrant delivery.

Bought three tops- all really excellent quality and fit perfectly. Keeping all three which is a rarity for me! Feels very luxurious and I look forward to stocking up again for my winter wardrobe. And super fast delivery, which is a bonus. Great to find a new brand which exceeds expectations.

I did a review as I could not track my parcel and I was worried as Palome is a newish company .I had an immediate response from Tom one of the Founders and he has re sent out my ordered goods .The problem is clearly the carrier - so I must apologise .
Anyway suffice to say if the clothes are as good as the customer service I will be ecstatic ! They look as good - I would definitely check them out as they are very stylish with simplistic lines - at the moment a small collection - but I am sure they will grow.

UPDATED - Tom the co-founder has been in touch to explain they are only 8 weeks in to this new business and are ironing out some issues. They have kindly refunded the (possibly faulty) dress immediately and paid for return postage. The wording on the website has been changed to reflect the realities of an e-commerce business, which is that people will need to make returns. Other issues have been addressed. So I’d be tempted to give them another chance and have updated this review and rating accordingly.

** don’t pay on Apple Pay without registering an account first or forget being able to return** Received my parcel very quickly, however the dress was enormous, at least three sizes bigger than the size 10 I ordered, and a terrible bunchy sack-like fit in what’s supposed to be a fitted sundress.

I paid with Apple Pay and didn’t register an account, as I prefer not to. However their returns process requires you to have an account. FAQs say to retrospectively register with the same email, which will allow you to access the order and start the returns process. Did that - no order is stored in the account. No response at all from their customer services.

Then I found this: “Returning clothes is an incredible waste… if you buy something that isn’t quite the right size please consider gifting a friend rather than sending it back”

They don’t want you to return so make it a very obstructive, so far impossible, process. Outrageous when the fit and sizing is so poor.

New customer here! Got the Maida mini dress. It is a great piece, fast delivery and very well packaged. I would definitely buy again,

Clothes arrived 2 days after placing order. I had checked reviews to ensure it was a bona fide company and everything seemed to check out. The quality of the packaging was great and the quality and finish of the linen two piece (blouse and shorts) I ordered was exceptional, and although I thought the items might be too small, since they only go up to a size 14, they fitted perfectly. Looking forward to my next purchase!

Palome produces amazing clothes, fabulous fabrics, extremely well made, superb price point. Sizing is spot on. I have eight pieces already and a long wish list. Try the knitwear if you don’t know where to start.

I have a problem. Each item I have ordered I have kept; I have about 13 pieces now, each one delicious. Amazing quality fabrics and superb cut and fit. I also love that Palome offers staple items with what I think is a more modern take on classics that will be with me for many years to come. I can't stop investing in these clothes; I will be ordering more. Super pleased I have found this brand, less pleased that I am spending all my money on these new clothes!

In the same week I’ve had a brilliant experience with this new brand and a disastrous one with Net-a-whatsit. Thank you, Palome, for being such an innovative and thoughtful young company. I ordered far too many items, but love all the pieces and have already signed up for the next drop, naturellement! Outstanding quality, lovely personal touches and a beautifully designed free scarf: this level of care and service has restored my faith in internet shopping! I’m delighted to have found you.
