We purchased the Panda Drum for our son who is in a very stressful job and we thought the soothing tones would help him to decompress after a difficult day. It was an instant hit!

But that’s just part of the story. The drum arrived on a day where there was constant heavy rain and the packaging was soaked through. Everything inside was wet — especially the song book which was damaged.

I wrote Panda Drum, explaining that our purchase was intended to be a gift. Diane, the customer support rep couldn’t be nicer and more understanding. She saw to it that a replacement for the entire order was sent to us right away. This is the kind of stellar customer service you’d want to have all the time! Thank you Panda Drum.

I purchased the Panda Drum for my granddaughter’s birthday. I was unsure which would be the best size. I contacted Customer Service and they were excellent. They helped me with selection. They were very professional, responsive and patient. I can’t wait for my granddaughter birthday so she will have her Panda Drum Gift.

I have zero musical experience so when a close friend bought one I was intrigued. I actually bought 2. The PRO for me and the MINI for my Grandaughter for Christmas who is 3. They exceeded my expectations! Even if you cant read notes (yet) you can still play using the numbers. The more I play the better it gets. Of equal importance their Customer Service is above and beyond any experiences I've ever had. Do something special for yourself or a loved one. You won't be disappointed!!

Based on my personal experience, this is a company who stands by their product, and goes above and beyond to stand by their customers, is top-notch in my book! I had questions before purchasing the Panda Drum, which were answered in sincerity; and once I received the drum, I reached out to them for a minor concern I had. They not only respond quickly, but there is absolutely no doubt their customer comes first and feel their compassion to want customers to be happy. Happy I am, not only with customer support's understanding, kindness, and caring about their customer, but I'm very happy with the Panda Drum and have been having a great time with it! I'm sure you will, too! Even the kids enjoy it with their easy number song books, so you don't have to know music notes...just match the numbers from the song book to the drum! Enjoy...you won't be disappointed!

I find the sound very soothing and even my cat loves it she runs into the room when I play it and sits on the arm of the chair next to me and listens - I have shared info about the Panda drum with several of my friends as a great way to unwind.

The best drum ever, very relaxing and beautiful to play and look at. It brings me so much peace and calmness after long days of work in the ER.

I gifted the mid-size drum to my sister, who lives in another state; her son is special needs and very ill. She says that it calms him when she plays it and he enjoys playing it as well. When I first took it to her, I sent her text messages daily to remind her to tap on the numbers on the Panda Drum. Now, she plays it daily, she says that it calms her son when he's irritable and it soothes her and her house as well. I kept the smallest drum and the big one for myself. I absolutely LOVE how I feel as the gentle sounds penetrate my heart and my soul. Namaste

I am impressed by the quality of the Panda Drums. They are a little pricey, but worth it.
I had a few questions regarding a shipping delay and customer service representatives were awesome and very understanding. My adult daughter loves her drum.

Absolutely love this drum. It’s so soothing to play it. I usually follow my intuition and play it but you can follow the music book that it comes with also. The customer service is phenomenal too. Have already raves about it to all my friends. Thanks guys. ❤️❤️❤️

I was sent what looks like a repackaged drum that was not the same as the ones in the photos. ( Panda Pro ) It was missing the beautiful banding / threading on the equator of the drum and had some dings on it. The mallets and booklet were also not there and the package was pretty roughed up. Also the case zipper was stuck / broken.

I contacted them for an exchange and Diane emailed me but hasn't told me how to exchange the drum for the correct package and correct drum and takes more than a week lately to even write back and with questions instead of how to exchange / return. I told her I was worried about missing the 30 day return policy ( another reason for them to have better correspondence ) but was told not to worry about that. I really want the drum and want to play it, the reason I'm leaving a review is in hopes that someone will contact me on how to get this exchanged or returned if need be. ( which tells you I have lost faith in our email correspondence ) Panda, if you're out there, I would like a better experience please. Your drums look cool, you are crushing the ad campaigns ... start crushing the emails too. : )

Panda Drum contacted me over email and phone, which is great. They seemed very motivated to resolve my issues with the drum, and I really appreciate that. I was able to get the correct drum and package and it's beautiful and sounds great. Thank you for being a company that actually resolves things! I changed my stars to reflect the drum and the customer service, thanks again.

I love the drum. The only downside was delivery info but that’s not the their fault. I feel so relaxed when I hear the music. Very therapeutic to a stressful day!

Love my Panda Drum! I have absolutely no musical ability, but am finding it remarkable easy to play. And the customer service has been excellent! They have promptly answered any of my questions. Highly recommend.

This drum is better than expected. It sounds just beautiful. It's easy to get started too. Customer support is top notch, explaining how each drum is unique, and the notes are sometimes not as pictured (numbered correctly), but the sound is spot on. I would have one of these in every room if I could!!! Best purchase of the year. Thank you Panda Drum.

Love it! Wanted to learn something new to keep my brain active and the Panda Drum is perfect. Great for before or after meditation. I love using it outside in nature. My 6 year old granddaughter is learning with me!

Not only is the Panda Drum a higher grade product among its competitors, I have also learned from my recent experience dealing with the customer service at Panda Drum that it has surpassed the basic conscientiousness and professionalism. The genuine caring and thoughtfulness are above and beyond what I had expected from a company. It is rare and precious. That’s when I realized this Panda Drum company has committed to providing high caliber of customer care parallel to the top quality of its products.

One thing I need to forewarn potential customers of the Panda Drum is the shipping time. I found out Panda Drum has a US warehouse, and most orders are shipped domestically. But in case the item has to be fulfilled from its international warehouse, the wait time could be as long as 10+ days for Mainland USA destinations (I live in Hawaii so it took a few extra dates). My Panda Drum Pro was being shipped from China so understandably there were lots of logistics to go through including Customs. But I assure you it is 💯% worth your wait. That’s how I felt when I received my package of this beautiful gorgeous steel tongue drum! Btw, the ending song 《Carrying You》from animation master Hayao Miyazaki’s《Castle In The Sky》is the best music to showcase this magical Panda Drum. It is so ethereal: spiritual, meditative, and out of this world! Players and listeners will feel they are in Heaven! So just think about it as your next gift to yourself or your loved ones.
