I have been unable to return the drum I purchased. I daily receive emails that it will be delivered the next day. My Post office says it is sitting in your post office! I have not received a refund and although Diane has been very kind in customer service now no one is getting back to me:( it was returned on 6/6/25

As of this morning July3 I am happy to say that Diane at Panda Drum Customer Service reached out that there was a mix up (which does happen) and the returned drum has been found! Thank you Diane for expediting this matter. Panda Drum does stand behind their products!

As a person that has experienced trauma and addiction this drum has provided an intricate part to my recovery journey and a pleasant addition to achieving tranquility and mindfulness. AND IT’S JUST PLAIN FUUUNNNN!!!!!

It all started in early May when I thought I had screwed up my ofder for a Panda Drum. Diane was quick to respond and set me at ease. Before I knew it, my drum arrived. It was more beautiful than I expected. I am really grateful to Diane for helping me. I hope I get much joy from this drum. 5 stars for the product and 10 stars for the customer service. Thank you for all you did for me.

I ordered the white Panda Drum with the beige strap. Delivery was fairly quick & it arrived with a gray strap. I contacted customer service & Diane was AMAZING! She is letting me keep the gray strap & a refund, then will send me a beige strap. Simply AMAZING!!! Diane was so responsive over the phone & emails. I am a Massage Therapist & want to incorporate this drum into my sound healing/massage sessions. I take the drum down to the river. What a beautiful sound.
My experience with Panda Drum is top knotch. I highly recommend this company & Diane is a GEM!!!!
If I decide to buy another Panda Drum, it will be with pure joy to order from this company again. 10/10

I have been trying to return a drum for days now, am unable to contact this company-- all I get is 404 error, with no way to chat with them or get a return mail lable to sent drum back.... I ordered another drum and wish to cancel that order-

I cannot begin to say how important customer service is to me. In the past 50yrs I have been in many industries where good customer service is essential. This is by far the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I was so surprised when this team so graciously went beyond any expectations I had. Truly was truly a gift and restores my faith in good service when our world is so automated and can feel uncaring. THANK YOU!!!!

The sound is absolutely relaxing My partner is using the songbook and daily practicing I love hearing him Truly a gift and makes one pause.

My experience was fantastic, even when the shipping company wouldn’t ship to my PO Box (which they should make clear on their website), the lady at customer service easily and pleasantly helped me reship the two drums to an appropriate address, arriving in time for my partners birthday. The Panda drums are beautiful and sound amazing. I will recommend this source to all my friends and loved ones.

Panda Drum reached out to me regarding my order. I had my email hidden by duck go and it caused a problem for them to reach me. Panda Drum took the time to find the correct email. I was quick to assume it was a sham and I will state that I have the tracking number and numerous messages to assure me. I apologize for making an incorrect assumption and the customer service is quick to fix an issue. I am looking forward to receiving this drum

We had damage to the box during shipment. We worked with Customer Service (Diane) at Panda and WOW! Helpful, listened as well as just being a nice person. That tells me this is a quality organization. Period. I've not had this level of experience at any time, ANY WHERE. Again, PERIOD! Thank you, Panda, for making this such a wonderful experience!

This drum is just what I expected. SUPERB! The quality of how it’s made and sound is excellent. I love the carrying case that comes with it and also it’s not that heavy to carry around. The instructional songbook comes with the perfect colorful teachings of how to play every note and it even has the most easiest way any age can learn how to play over practice and time. And it also comes with drumsticks. Love Love Love. I highly recommend

What an awesome company. I ordered 4 pro drums (one for myself and the others for my grown children family's). Three black pro’s and a blue pro. My grandchildren and adult children are learning and playing them. They love them. I give the company and the drums a 10 + ! ! The sound of the drum is superb 😃❤️😃. Thank you !

The Panda Drum has a beautiful, relaxing tone, and is very well constructed, I am so pleased with the 15 tone drum! It has plenty of notes to play harmonies and it's especially easy for me to play songs because it's in the key of C.

The transit time was longer than expected but customer service was kind and supportive the entire time once I reached out to them. They tracked and found the package setting at a USPS facility. I was gifted a 10% refund for my inconvenience. They continued with almost daily updates and set a date to ship another drum if needed. I greatly appreciate their effort to assure I receive my Panda Drum. Diane was the customer service representative on this. Thanks so muc!

I love this drum. The tones and sounds are perfect for my Sound Bath Experience. It can be played soft and mellow, then open and loud, if so desired.
