Placed order for strawberry and cranberry juice x 12 pack the date is not long enough considering expires beginning of July I want to return them

Ordered product. You took the money. Then email today out of stock. Surely this should happen at ordering.

I ordered something and several days went past without notification and then I get an email telling me that the item I ordered wasn't in stock. Please tell me before I order if its in stock or not

Have ordered 30 box of Cheese and Onion "Discos" crisps a few times from Papaval now - cheaper than anywhere else - and fast delivery (sometimes next day)

I wouldn’t bother. Ordered and received an e-mail from evri saying they were expecting my parcel. Then 3 days later an e-mail from Shop saying it had been refunded but no e-mail from Papaval as to why. Is going to take 10 days or so to refund and the item is still showing as in stock online. Then they have the cheek to send me an e-mail saying ‘Thanks for shopping with us’ and asking for a review.. unbelievable! Well here you go, an honest review about what a shambles my experience with you was

Item was also delivered damaged which proof was provided
Owner offered 5% refund!!!!!

Ordered 2 items only one delivered & don’t want to answer the phone & direct me to a third party won’t be ordering from them again

very disappointed the Kirkland Tin Foil came damaged it had been sellotaped at ends box damaged i was frightened the holders inside would be damaged too and you need them to hold the foil in place it’s not cheap foil sadly i am trying to return but waiting still for the return label the Foil wasn’t wrapped which im not happy about

Company didn't ship my order and have not responded to emails.

Good price and quick delivery

TWICE they sent the wrong item. TWICE I complained and was offered a small discount on another item or refund if I sent the items back. Trading standards need to be alerted as my items were correctly advertised and incorrectly delivered despite being assured the second time around the right item was in stock. Extremely disappointed.

It was a good fast dispatch and delivery. I would definitely order from them again.

Placed the order on the 16th which was dispatched quickly and arrived in good condition on 19th. Happy to order, again!

Great Service and fast dispatch.

Made an order of 9 different items a week ago and they cancelled it today stating: "Sorry to let you know that this item is out of stock right now so we cancelled the order and issue the full refund."

Pretty sure all the items are not out of stock and I'll now have to now order elsewhere and then wait again, ideally needed these items this week. I see the items are still advertised on line as being in stock, so they don't know what they're doing basically.

There is no communication with support. The product did not arrive.
