I adore my PAPERSMITHS notebooks, in fact I now won’t use any other. I’m slowly working my way through all the gorgeous colours and hopefully they’ll add some more before I get through them all! Also the customer service is excellent and there’s always a little personalised handwritten note in with each delivery.

Products are wonderful but gift wrapping was disappointing for £4. At the time they didn't have the pen refills so I ordered other items. Two days later they were in stock so I had to spend on extra postage to get them. Would be helpful if site indicated when stock due in shortly - or in longer time, especially for essential items like refills. Thanks

Discovered Papersmiths on Trouva and I am in love! I am a stationery addict and these guys have just swept away my now-second favourite stationery supplier for the top spot. The notebooks are gorgeous with a lovely choice of colours and beautiful quality pages, and the pens are a pleasure to look at, hold and write with! The order came with quickly with a lovely hand-written note, and was gift-packaged beautifully (chose gift packaging by mistake as it was only for me but don’t regret it!). Seeing the quality of their products, I promptly went back to browse their website for more goodies and came across a gift set which appeared to be wrongly priced. I used the web form to enquire and got a very polite and apologetic email to say it was a mistake and that they had corrected it. I have since placed a second order (after a very difficult decision as I wanted all the notebooks and pens in the different colours offered😄) which was despatched delivered extremely quickly and is awaiting collection at the post office! I will be back for more!
