I bought the filter and tape , did not like their add said full refund. Finally got a response after multiple attempts to find a web site that was real. They sent me a return shipping label , printed it and put on package took it to UPS pickup only to be told that shipping number was wrong. Crooks

I am a new user to this product. It has made a huge difference to me. I am breathing clearer when I wake up. Having a dog business, where I board 1 dog at a time in my home, I wanted to filter out any dog dander. I see the evidence in the filter and change it every 2- 3 weeks. I highly recommend this product to every Cpap user. Michele

I like thee Cpap wipes I ordered 2 and was sent too many (15) in total. I would like an address to return them and I could not find one. Do any of you out there have any idea where I might out where I might find or a phone number. There in Palmdale, CA but don't know if thats a warehouse or not. Any help would be appreciated. I looked up their uncited claims of increased respiratory infections from regularly cleaned cpap use and found them to be false.
Look up verywellhealth com and “can cpap make me sick.” Also healthline com and “cpap machines and upper respiratory infections.”

I bought 72 filers-BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL. The problem is that aI have a thermal hose and cannot attach the filter. I am trying to return unused products, however that is impossible as the link given for returns responds 404 Page Not Found. I have tried every way I know but nothing works and there is no phone # listed therefore I must conclude that this is a TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY as I'm out $138.75 just for trying your product

I bought 2 orders of papmd, I really wanted to help with my dry mouth. The problem is that after trying to use the papmd for two weeks I find that it is difficult to breathe through my nose, I struggling to breath. I am trying to return unused product, however that is impossible as the link given for returns responds 404 Page Not Found. I have tried every way I know but nothing works and there is no phone # listed therefore I must conclude that this is a TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY as I'm out $100.00 just fro trying your product

I am unable to contact this company, Their "help" or support site is 404! They have placed me on a reoccurring charge that I have not asked for and cannot contact them to correct this issue. I am unable to use the mouth tape.

100% return policy and cannot find how to return?

I need to return my large order of filters as they block all humidity that my machine is designed to provide. I tried to return them but I can't find my order number. I received them on 11/23/24 and only used one filter. I need to speak to someone but you do not provide a customer service number which to me is poor customer service. Please tell me how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

The mouth tape is great but I have unsubscribed from their daily emails for the last 8 days in a row and still get a daily email- do not give them any info! I will unfortunately have to find another brand for my next purchase

Good reputable company. They offered to resend my package after I thought it didn't get delivered. Haven't tried the product yet but I'll update this post once I do.

I ordered 31 mouth strips from this company on August 26, 2024 (Order #PMD148548.) I was dubious about their efficacy, but they have a money-back guarantee, so I felt safe in trying them.

I tried one and woke in the middle of a nightmare about choking to realize that I WAS choking. The back of my throat had closed; this is what happens in sleep apnea. I had to tear the tape off in order to breathe. It was such an unpleasant experience that I waited about four months to try it again. The same thing happened.

Now I realize that their money-back return expired at the end of 60 days. I've written and asked to return them, but I may be out $29.98 for the remaining 29 patches, which are no good to me.

If you have sleep apnea, this is more of a health hazard than a a solution. If you want to try them, be sure to return them within the 60 day limit.

Cpap mask air leaking.
I have tried quite a few full face masks, Some with success and a few not good at all. I preffered the smaller nose masks but they needed straps to keep the mouth shut. Now full face masks or chin and mouth straps meant a whole lot of junk on your head to be annoying and uncomfortable and hot in summer.
Enter mouth tape!! I sure was skeptical untill I tried. Papmd was the second one I tried and it is certainly the one I will stay with. I binned the unused batch of the first one I tried after trying the papmd one. Now I have been using the new F&P Solo mask with Papmd tape for a few months and I am fully satisfied and happy. Everything mow works well and I am comfortable as well.
Mouth tape has made my life much better and Papmd is certainly the best for me. It is the best size, sticks well and removes fairly easily too, All good points.

I rarely leave reviews for products, but I absolutely love the PAP MD CPAP filters. They are very easy to change and easy to tell when they need to be changed (you can see the filter get dirty). On average I change mine about every two weeks or so. I am so glad I bought the year supply!
It also has helped reduce my seasonal allergies and gives me peace of mind that I am not breathing in “dirty” air that is being forced into my lungs from the CPAP. I am a mouth breather at night, so the air is not filtered normally through my nose.
12/5/24 - update: I had my annual checkup to review the settings on my CPAP machine and I mentioned that I was using the PAP MD CPAP filters. They stated that they are very happy I am using them. :-)

This product has been working well for me. I got a better sleep from night one. I’m not sure why but I’m happy to have the confidence of clean air.

I would always wake up congested for the first couple hours in the mornings. Bought these air filters to see if it would help. Love them! Arrived quickly. Easy to install. My mornings are great now! No more congestion. Highly recommend!

I am actually waiting to use these filters as well as the new wipes . I developed a URI from not using my CPAP achie due toa cast on my left wrist . I'm really anxious to use the system. I was waiting to see what my insurance offered as filters .
