After seeing my review he personally reached out and we discussed the shipping issues I had. Needless to say, he was more than helpful and professional and went above and beyond expectations. I’ll start by saying the product itself is totally worth 5 stars. The quality of the individual flash cards are superb and you can tell a lot of thought and care went into the information and physical design. Perfect for a visual/kinesthetic learner such as myself.

However, and this is a big point for me, I’m giving three stars for the shipping. I cannot begin to explain my frustration with the shipping company used. I ordered 5 sets of these, and 2 got lost in transit, twice. The customer service for the shipper was absolutely awful, to the point where they hung upon me once and gave generic, scripted answers for each inquiry. The shipping tracker is wholly inaccurate and quite useless. They (Shipping Company - OnTrac) also never really knew where the packages were. I’ll admit I had not yet reached out to the company to try and resolve it, because eventually they did show up at my door. I realize they may be a cost saving, but more mainstream shipping channels are not much(more) expensive and the product company should really consider the customer service aspect of their shipper, because it’s non-existent.

Just received my flash cards, I’ve been in EMS for about 20 years as an EMT. I have friends and coworkers that have gone through medic school and become great medics. Over the years I’ve wanted to go to medic school but timing was never on my side. My coworker who was my partner for the longest time, became a medic and she always encourages me to go to medic school and says I would be a great medic. Another coworker is attending now and she bought these cards and she has said helped tremendously and are great. I went through them, not only great for someone going to medic school but also great for EMTs for many reasons and also when working an ALS shift, it’s good for EMTs to have knowledge from what’s on these cards. As protocols change in my state, ones have become BLS skills now. As myself as I’m ready to attend a paramedic program very soon in the near future, I feel with my experience, career and using these cards I will be successful in my next step of my career. Keep up the great work!!! These flash cards are great, and I’m looking forward to more that I’ve seen mentioned on the website. These are the best and I’m more of a visual learner, flash cards I’ve made have been a challenge but these are very easy and put in and wrote in a way that helps my learning style. Thank you!!! Experience has been great. Just in time for my NREMT.

The cards are Great. I'm a volunteer AEMT for our county first responders. Shard them with my 3 daughters. AEMT in Paramedic school and my Senior going to EMT school followed by Nursing school and my freshman that's on the med track. What a Great find!

The cards are amazing and full of knowledge. Maybe for the future make state specific cards for that state. Example I live in Alabama so have all the medications we carry.

These cards are amazing, they are so in depth with the things that paramedics and students need to know. The customer service is also great they helped us out so much. Would recommend this to anybody who is trying to get their medic or is in school for it, or who is a medic. Overall amazing

The Cards are great

Im a EMT profesor and there are very use full for my class. Some of my student bye them and they are use for expanding their knowledge.

The packaging is amazing. I like the box that the cards come in. But the information on the cards is top-tier. I was a bit skeptical about how much information that is actually helpful would be on the cards, but I was very pleasantly surprised. These will be very helpful in my future as an EMT student and Paramedic. Thank you, ParamedicFlash!

Great packaging, recurring updates, product looks great

I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the presentation materials and their details of procedures and methods. I'm 75 and wanted to learn the pharmacology needed to pass the EMT exam. If I sit for the exam is not the point...I wanted the knowledge. I'm a former Wilderness First Aid Responder (NOLS certified), and wanted to take my knowledge to the next level.
