Paid parcel monkey/DPD to collect a parcel for me and deliver to my address value of item £275 paid for insurance so £296.28 total parcel collected from company and digital receipt sent to them for the collection (email) try tracking parcel dpd says not received phone them told it has been collected they have photo of it be patient no change for days further communication no progress so have to deal with the monkey you cannot even talk to the monkey they want an imaginary piece of paper receipt that dpd do not give to the seller long story short don’t use dishonest and irritating amateurs you will not receive anything parcel or refund if you have to go direct dpd

RICPC est un réseau d'organisations gouvernementales impliquées dans l'application des lois sur les pratiques commerciales équitables et d'autres activité liées à la protection des consommateurs.

Le 18.04.2023, j'ai réservé en ligne chez ParcelMonkey un transport pour un colis destiné à ma sœur en Espagne. Le colis n'est jamais arrivé et maintenant, le 26.07.2023 on me dit qu'il n'existe plus.

C'est un fait choquant pour moi, car il doit s'agir d'une escroquerie et d'un vol systématiques. En tant que client, je ne sais malheureusement pas quoi faire, c'est pourquoi je vous serais très reconnaissant de votre aide dans cette affaire. Il faudrait au moins mettre fin aux agissements d'entreprises comme Parcel Monkey, elles ne devraient pas opérer librement et escroquer des gens en toute bonne foi.

I used this company to return something to India. It got stuck in customs where it still is 30 days later. They can offer no help or assistance once outside the UK. They may be slightly cheaper than other companies but the aggravation is not worth the cheaper price.

Ho spedito 3 scatole dall'Inghilterra all'Italia e ho scelto Parcel Monkey con DPD Classic. E' stato il peggior servizio di spedizione che ho mai utilizzato! Le scatole sono arrivate al destinatario estremamente danneggiate, le scatole di cartone erano strappate e addirittura bucate, come se qualcuno le avesse deliberatamente aperte. Ho imballato tutto con estrema cura, è impossibile che si siano aperte da sole. Erano ammaccate, probabilmente schiacciate da pesi notevoli durante il viaggio, nonostante le mie etichette FRAGILE su tutti i lati.
Vorrei poter allegare le foto, erano in pessime condizioni. Sono estremamente insoddisfatta e non userò mai più questo servizio.

My personal problem is they’ll sell you the insurance for and ship a package that’s on their “restricted items list”, but then if they lose the package, they’ll just give you back the $8 you paid for the insurance instead of covering the loss. You’ll suddenly hear a lot about how your “documents”, “watch”, or “Christmas cookies” are on a restricted items list. And then you’ll soon realize this company has no phone number and then you’re suddenly out $1000. go USPS, FEDEX or just anyone else. Don’t try to save money here.

DO NOT USE. Consistently miss collection. Zero customer service.

Unprofessional. Uncapable of locating my package what is supposed to be a 1-2 days service is now at 8 days!
