Just want to say a massive thank you to all the team that helped me throughout this process. When credit was taken out my circumstances were alot different to what they are now unfortunately which left me with almost nothing after trying to stay on top of them all. The cost of living and interest rates increasing made it seem impossible to become debt free!! The team went through everything with me, I expressed my concerns and questions which were all taken into consideration and a solution was found by choosing an IVA. I feel like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can breathe again. The team are always on hand throughout the process even after IVA has been accepted to answer any questions or help with any problems, great customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone thats struggling! Amazing work and thank you again!

You get into debt and you feel embarrassed or ashamed that you let yourself get this way, let things get ontop of you that after a while you cant do it anymore, thats how I felt l. After realising that I'm only human and we make mistakes I finally found the courage to seek help, Kevin helped me, he was supportive and put ny mind at ease straight away, he talked me through the options and whittling down to an IVA being my best choice, also made me realise i wasnt alone and that actually seeking help when i did put me in a better postion, also spoke with I think it was Carl, and he too was fantastic at helping and advising me and again telling me seeking help when I did was good. I've not heard yet if I'm accepted for my IVA, but I hope to hear soon and I will update when I know further details, bit so far top notch support and would recommend anyone feeling the tight squeeze of debt do yourself a favour look into it and you might be surprised.

I had completely different circumstances when I took my loan and credit card out a few years back. Unfortunately things going forward do change and sometimes we can’t control that.

When u get into debt, u feel embarrassed and ashamed that you have let things go on for so long. After I had the courage to pick up the phone I spoke to Adam. He put me at ease straight away and talked me through everything about the Iva that I wanted . He kept in constant contact and was absolutely brilliant at making me feel that I’m not the only one in the same boat. Everything from start to the call I got to say I’d been excepted for my Iva was exceptional. Also spoke to Cheryl who was lovely . She went through everything that was going into my Iva. During a time in my life where I couldn't see a way out of my financial difficulty I was given a second chance and I was able to rebuild my life.
