Excellent service! We’ll definitely use it again if needed.

I had a great experience with Karl and the team at Taurus Collections. They were diligent, professional, and provided an excellent service.

I contacted them to help me recover a payment that was missing from a contract with a collaborator. I provided the information I had and they kept asking for more clarification about the situation, while writing on Debitura that they are contacting the debtor. This was strange because they did not seem to have the full idea of the situation, yet, they were claiming to make contact to the company. Of course, no evidence of this was ever provided.
Meanwhile, the debtor was undergoing an audit and they were forced to send us 60% of the amount owned to us. This payment was not related to Taurus or their services. Even so, they claimed they money recovering fee (25%!!!!) without having done anything to recover the money or provided any evidence of work on the case beyond the "Call attempt" "Letter Sent" and similar.
I suggest you be very careful before hiring them. I will, of course, refrain from their services in the future.

Can we at once express our total satisfaction with your service in recovering the outstanding debt. It is reassuring to know that rogues , and liars will not proffer from their wrongdoings.
