Craig is one of the friendliest, most eloquent and helpful insurance agents i have ever come across. I came into this just to get information and i ended up getting private insurance because of how good Craig is at his job. At one point i told him i need to buy him a pint as a thank you and that's a promise i intend to keep.

After a few weeks of dealing with different insurance companies, Craig from Parkers was very helpful and professional, he was able to clearly answer all my questions in a way anyone could've understood.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to for this one. The advisor spent loads of time with me today going through all the different options, really listening to what I actually needed rather than trying to push me into anything. He’d already spoken to me on two earlier calls and even rang back at times that worked for me, which made life a lot easier.

What I really appreciated was how personable he was; no rush, no jargon, just making sure I understood everything and was happy with the choice before moving forward. He genuinely went out of his way to help and to make sure I got the right product for my situation.

Can’t fault the service at all, so five stars from me and would definitely recommend!

After struggling to reason and understand private healthcare outside of corporate policies, and experienced the struggle to reason with policy increases, I found Craig Parker through the health broker company he was originally working at, 3 years ago. I had had back surgery and our health insurers decided to increase our policy with three days notice by a huge £9000. Craig was incredible: he spent the time listening to our situation, understood our requirements as a family, then set about finding an insurer who was exactly the right fit for us. Within three days and multiple phone calls from me, we signed to a new insurer, saving us £12000 a year from what we had been quoted.
Craig knows health insurance so well; he understands what they offer, and he understands how to find the best policy. He does the research, the liaison, with them and then is a point of contact going forward. His ability to get clarification is efficient and thorough and if he says he will call you, he does. We had another situation recently where I had a desperate need for advice and Craig spent a considerable amount of time finding the answers for us.
I cannot rate him highly enough and I can guarantee you will receive the most professional level of customer attention from him. If you are looking for a health broker to find the best health insurance solution for you and your family I strongly recommend Craig Parker.
