Whitehill Country Park
We visited Whitehill Country park in Devon. We were struggling with the electric charger for our car. My girlfriend spoke Adam Daniels who was an absolute gem very helpful polite and professional. He got it sorted for us.
He then sent us an amazing email apologising for our inconvenience and he told us that he had sorted charger at the park to avoid anymore problems and he even sent us links to help us next time we are there needing a car charge.

Simple to use and fantastic customer support
Simple to use, yet I encountered a minor issue. I phoned customer services and was answered straight away, by a human, not a robot, who helped me instantly and resolved my problem on the spot. Incredibly impressed all round. Thank you. Adam!

Great customer service from this…
Great customer service from this company. I had a signal drop out whilst adding some money to the account so it didn’t credit. Adam in customer services was super helpful and got me refunded and back on the road in no time. And this was on a Sunday. I was very impressed. Well done Park and Recharge (and Adam)

I cannot log in to my account every time i come out after charging my vehicle i have to change my password as my token has expired

Hi Antony, Sorry to hear you have had a negative experience when using our app.
From the issue you've described I think the issue you are referring to is that the app automatically logs you out after a few hours - we do this for security reasons on our private networks but I appreciate it can be an inconvenience for users.
The password issue is odd as the authorisation token shouldn't affect the password at all, if you are still having the issue please contact the office on 0808 1861851 or support@parknrecharge.net and we will get the issue resolved for you as soon as possible.
