Absolutely disastrous service. Audio cassette tapes sent to these people 5 months ago, and paid them £60.50.
Despite contacting them multiple times and talking to Logan twice, nothing replied to in last 4 months.

I enquired about their service for converting my tapes and received a swift response and details for posting them off. This was around 6 weeks ago. I posted the tapes and sent payment soon after and 4 weeks ago I received contact from them to ask a question which I replied to, and since then I’ve not been able to obtain any further updates on my order. I’ve tried text message and email to no avail. The lack of indication regarding if when I’ll get the original tapes back (and usb with them converted) is stressing me out. The tapes hold a lot of sentimental value which adds to the stress.
*April update - after leaving this review I received prompt communication from this company and my converted tapes several days later and was happy with the quality.

Very trustworthy service. I was nervous about sending my old tapes, but they kept me updated and delivered exactly what they promised. The digitized files look fantastic, and the originals were returned safely.

Fantastic service from start to finish! They cleaned and repaired some very old tapes I thought were beyond saving, then converted everything into clear digital files. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always knew the status of my order. I’m so happy to finally watch these memories again.

I also had a number of old VHS tapes that were beginning to wear out and this company did a fantastic job of restoring them and converting them. The digital files were of high quality and the entire process was very professional. I particularly admired the manner in which they were cautious about my memories. One of the best things one can use to retain his or her old recordings.

The customer care number is invalid. As a result of that, I reached out to them via WhatsApp, and it took a week to reply. I responded to their reply right away, and still, I didn't get any response.

Based on this customer experience and irresponsible behaviour, I do not think I would choose this platform because there's a high possibility that they will not respond or say my documents are misplaced.

Logan at Tapes to Digital was very friendly and helpful in the whole process of digitising all my old childhood VHS tapes. I have had around 50 tapes digitised by Tapes to Digital now and all have been done perfectly and with great care. The digitisation was also done quickly and the tapes were returned to me in the same condition as how I sent them. Couldn’t be happier with the service, thank you!

Excellent customer service, dealing with this company was a pleasure from start to finish, I was kept informed at every stage of the digital conversion process of my old VHS-C tapes, very competitive prices, I shall not hesitate to use them again.

My tapes were copied, but never returned, nor was the usb memory stick I had paid for. The company blamed Royal Mail, for some reason, but did not follow up or chase them. They did give me access to files on Google drive, so I am not totally upset with them, but I don’t like the fact our video tapes are lost somewhere, thanks to them.

From my very first enquiry to receiving my VHS tapes on digital has been excellent. Everyone on the tapes to digital team were very helpful especially as I am not at all technical. Everything was explained to me before, during and after receipt. Thank you.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I in-trusted Grace with 4 old vhs family tapes. Money couldn’t compensate their value. When they received tapes they sent me a photo of parcel to show they’d received it. Alway able to contact on the progress and sent back safely tracked Royal Mail. Fantastic, professional job and the videos were converted to a very high standard.
