I had over combined 10 years of experience in the BPO industry and working directly with the client and feel it’s important to share this to create awareness for those planning to work with Tape to Digital (tapestodigital.com.au).

I was hired in late December 2025 and started training on January 5, but resigned after only two days of working with the client. I was already informed beforehand that the client had behavioral issues, and I later learned that the role had been replaced multiple times in less than six months. A fellow Filipino colleague also resigned after just five days with the same client.

Most concerning, we were not fully paid for the days we worked. The client decided to compensate only partial hours, citing unmet expectations despite the very short timeframe given.

I strongly advise professionals to proceed with caution due to high turnover, unrealistic expectations, and payment concerns

Easy and good experience transferring tape to USB. Glad I was able to do this so easily before the tape deteriorated.

Just perfect! I ordered my VHS tape to USB for my parent's wedding video - a special gift for their anniversary and it was done the same day! They took away any stress (as they confirmed they could do it quickly) and were extremely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend! The turnaround was excellent and the quality of the recording was very good .

My only complaint , which I stress has nothing at all to do with you , was because I don't do internet banking , my bank charged a ridiculous fee to do the bank to bank transfer of the money . I have since put in my disappointment to the bank
