I have been with Parksure for 11 years and I renewed my Park Home Insurance with them today, as I trust them, having made claims with them in the past and being very happy with the quick and efficient way they were dealt with. As usual I spoke to Barb on the phone to do my renewal, and she answered some queries I had in a straightforward and friendly way. I will always have my home covered by Parksure.

I have had insurance on my mobile home with Parksure for 15 years. I am happy to say that I’ve never had to use it, but I have always found them polite and helpful on renewing annually, and now that I’ve given up the caravan due to advancing age, they talked me through the cancellation procedure. I am happy to recommend them.

Just renewed our insurance for another year, having been with Parksure 5 years. Luckily we have never had to make a claim, but feel sure if we did the service would be first class.
Renewal documents came early and are comprehensive and easy to understand. Phoned and spoke to Barb regarding a query and she is very polite, helpful, friendly and professional.

Just having received a renewal notice I rang Parksure to enquire about the premium which seemed a bit high. A very comprehension and realistic explanation was given by a most helpful member of staff. I had thought that the higher premium was because of making a claim last year after a 'bathroom emergency'. Clearly that was not the case. When making that claim I had the most amazingly good service. Helpful, speedy and most efficient. Because of this I was very happy to renew the policy believing that 'you get what you pay for'! Thank you Parksure for the piece of mind that if ever I need help you will be there for me.

I was asking whether we were insured if a neighbours tree was to fall onto our mobile home. I spoke to Barb and she assured me that whatever the circumstances were, we would be covered. She was very clear and polite. We have been covered by Parksure from purchasing our home 13 years ago.

Customer service is first class , friendly and helpful. Easy to understand paperwork for renewals. I have not needed to claim yet but I’m sure it would be handled politely and efficiently.

Parksure is a brilliant company to deal with, when you ring they start to help you straight away with advice on what to do regarding claiming & how to do it. We have been with them 4yrs & I wouldn't change to anyone else, the price's are good with only small increases yearly.
The ladies who answer the phone are really lovely & so helpful & put you at ease when your trying to explain things. It's so nice to have a company like this to deal with well done to all your staff.
