I have repeatedly asked what transactions make up this Hold, why it has remained unresolved for more than a month, what conditions are required for release, and when I can expect a final review.
I have not received a meaningful itemized explanation or concrete resolution date.
I am not asking for private player information. An anonymized accounting breakdown and settlement status would be enough.
I also attempted escalation through email, and one inquiry received a response only after more than three months.
