Easy process
Ana has been brilliant and helpful with processing everything for my first big bike!
I’ve previously come and picked up a bike from here and Ana helped me with that too. Overall a great friendly experience and very easy process to go through.

Hi there,
Im glad it reached you quickly but with regards to the condition can let us know what damage you are referring to as looking at the listing images there are number of scratches that are visible in most of the images. If there was damage not visible on the listings i'd be happy to discuss a partial refund or of course you can return the item for a full refund?
Kind regards
Tom
