A nightmare from beginning to end.

Purchased 29th May

Arrived weeks after it was supposed to arrive so I was unable to take the watch on holiday as intended.

Came back from holiday and the watch face was smaller than all the videos and descriptions.

The clasp is loose and not very secure and you are unable to change watch straps because of the way they are designed.

Asked to return and was made to jump through hoops.

After weeks of delaying the acceptance of the return they finally gave me a return address which was in China and not in the USA as stated in their site.

I followed all instructions they gave me on the return, even some of the shady requirements they instructed like the value of the contents of the return.

The package was sitting in customs FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS because nobody from the company provided the details needed to release the package from customs.

I made the order in May and 6 months later everything is still in the air.

I even had to pay my own return costs of over £20 which they couldn't even cover after all the delays caused.

Customer service seem like bots and show zero compassion for customers. In one of the recent emails from Ava and Molly I was even told 'Please dont worry' after awaiting a refund for over 4 months.

Extremely unhappy with it all.

Scam ! Scammers!
I ordered the ring because on the website says it’s from California. And will be shipped 8-14 days. But after 1 day I received the email where it says 14-20 days !! I’m not gonna wait that long and I reached out to the support team to get a refund‘because it’s been only 2 days . And guess what ? No one get back to me !! And on my bank statement I can see it’s from Hong Kong !!!!!!!!!!! I need my money back ! If no one is reaching out to be within 2 days I will start reporting !

This jewelry is not golden,it is an ORANGE color! $500 for a bracelet and a necklace and guess what I got - you know those kids fake bracelets,that is what I got and wasted my money! So,you wait about a month,they will update you how carefully they make every piece,because according to them it will be a high end jewelry! Customer service does not respond or care! This business needs to be reported! Do not buy!

The quality of the jewelry is very fine and satisfying, very understanding and helpful support team, had a really good experience buying items from this company.

I’m not one to usually leave a review but after reading all the negative ones, I felt like I had to.

I live in the NL, I ordered the oval-shaped watch on a Sunday evening and it arrived that following Thursday, precisely 4 days later coming all the way from China! The delivery was incredibly and unexpectedly fast. The package was in great condition and so was everything with the watch. Looks identical to the online description and even more gorgeous in person. I am super satisfied!

Exceptional customer service with great care for my needs.

My package had to be returned due to local regulations and had to be resent. The entire process took around three months. However, during this time, the accessibility and communication of the Pascal team were excellent. They kept me updated every step of the way.
