Order not even shipped in 2 weeks

Order not even shipped in 2 weeks after placement, in spite of missing promised delivery date. Support does not respond to ticket. Will give few more days and will have to dispute via CC. Avoid!

Quality of items received is horrendous!

Quality of items received is horrendous. The pillows are 3/4 full. They stated on the order I would receive foam inserts. They filled it with the cheapest pillow fluff. Not foam at all. There are strings all over the pillows as if the sewing was done cheaply. They won’t offer me a full refund. They are stating they can give me a refund for the inserts. These were custom pillow sizes. I can’t go buy new inserts.

While the ordering process was good

While the ordering process was good, the cushions are not at all firm and I'm quite disappointed.

I would give no stars if possible

I would give no stars if possible. Do not attempt to do business with these people. Ordering is easy, but the buck stops there. Customer support is NON EXISTENT!! You will get the most ridiculous reasons why you can not speak with a service representative to help with any issue you may have with status and delivery. I was forced to start a dispute with my credit card because it was clear that this business does not deserve my business.

Shady Business Practices

I ordered cushions for an outdoor sofa and received a nice cushion for the seat but sad and understuffed cushions for the back. I sent pictures and was promised replacement inserts for the back cushions but they never arrived and every time I inquired about them I got either an extremely long hold on the phone with no one picking up or an email message like "your case is already with the feedback team who have issued a reship for your order." Despite such messages, I can't get an update, a tracking number and nothing has arrived. At first I was very impressed with their customer service but now I am very disappointed. It's so weird and shady, why promise a solution if it they're not going to follow through?

The image is on the website did not provide a realistic snapshot of the fabric. Also, the cushion arrived significantly later than was promised with poor communication about the change.

I ordered 8 cushions for my chairs

I ordered 8 cushions for my chairs. Received 4. When I enquirer about tracking info for the remaining 4, customer service said they would email tracking info. That was 4 days ago.

Poor Customer Service

We received damaged furniture as the boxes that the aluminum pieces were shipped in were very poorly packaged. Dings and scratches, broken part and missing part. Unusable. Called customer service and was told to submit a ticket with photos and then wait 24-48 hours so I did and it’s been 5 days. Called this morning and apparently there is a “glitch” in the phone system and was told someone will call me back in 2 hours. I will update review if they take care of this issue.

Very nice looking cushions

Great website, great color, but

The patio HQ website was easy and convenient to use. When I received my patio cushions within a reasonable time, three of them looked great, but two of them seem to be understuffed. And the last one is inconsistently stuffed. The color is great and the size is perfect.

I’m actually not sure this company is a…

I’m actually not sure this company is a scam or not. I was led to believe upon ordering that I could expect receipt of shipment 4 days ago. When trying to contact the company via phone ( have spent entirely too much time in the que 4,3,2,1,1,1,1… on and on) there is no person answering. Ever.
I have had zero contact from them since ordering and I will have to call cc company to reverse charges if I don’t hear from them soon.
This seemed like a decent company - i am disappointed the customer service seems non existent.

Horrible customer service: Edit:they reached out and tried to make it right

Edit: they reached out to me today to give me an update and expected ship date. Which is all I wanted. I appreciate the contact.

Horrible customer service. My order has an arrival date that is not possible since it is still in production two weeks later. Attempted to reach them via phone, email and chat. Phone gets me to position 1 them bumps me back to position 3 or 4. No reply to email or website chat. I am likely going to contact my cc company and reverse the charge.

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service and communication! I placed an order in March that was due here at the beginning of April. When I hadn’t heard about it shipping yet I checked in on the order to see what was going on. It was then that I saw that they had messaged me with a question. I never got an email
Notification that they had a question. They never called. The order was then due to arrive before the 20th and still no cushion. I have tried to call and to use the chat feature. No one answered the phone after 30 minutes on hold. And after an hour with no answer on the chat I went and did something else. When I came Back they said because I hadn’t answered they had ended the chat….
This is a scam!! Do not order from this company!

Edited to add: you NEVER called me!! I didn’t receive an email about the first issue. It wasn’t until I went to check that I saw the message!! And it was I who called to verify that the NEW delivery date was accurate!! And yet STILL the item was not only not shipped when promised it wasn’t even completed by the date it was due to arrive!!
It wasn’t until after I wrote reviews and messaged the company on Instagram that I got a reply!! I have asked for
A full refund which they say should
Arrive within a week. They also have requested that I change my reviews since they issued me a refund.

Disastrous experiences, abyssmal customer service

Frames arrived close to time promised, missing hardware, missing wood trim, missing thread inserts for bolts, and back of frame was bent to the point that it couldn't be used. Cushions did not arrive, and there is no tracking information. Contacted customer service and they cannot give me any information, stated someone would be in touch in 1-2 days.
