My go to shop for handbags - the designs (zip, compactness) are all great. Fast shipping and delivery also. I returned my most recent order as the bag was a bit bigger than I would have liked. However, the bag was excellent quality and it was a difficult decision for me to part with it!

Received the bag with a scratch on and have sent photos and numerous emails in an attempt to replace or return but despite chasing nobody seems to care. Very poor customer service!

Ordered a purse on 18th November and not received . No confirmation its been sent and no customer services phone number. I've emailed a week ago and also sent an enquiry form to their customer services 5 days ago and no one has bothered to reply . Considering g whether I need to contact my bank .
Ordered a bag on black Friday and been told its sent but no tracking info received contrary to what their website says will happen . Not impressed

I like the bag, it appeats small but very roomy, very universal choice for every occasion.

Good quality, good price, good service

I found the handbags close to what I expected in colour, style and colour. However they do have a strong smell of leather . They will require airing for several days before I will be comfortable to use them.

I was looking at the More House School website, because my wife used to teach there. I saw a profile of the glorious Jessica, and wondered how her father was doing. I was surprised to learn that Paul was making bags. I ordered one as a surprise gift for my wife, because she always adored meeting Paul at parents’ evening. It arrived today and she is thrilled by the design and quality of manufacture. I was thrilled by the value.

The area for improvement is in relation to the delivery driver. Who could not say good morning or hand me the package in my hand directly. I had to pick it up from the ground. Terriable, no customer service
