Website promises 5 to 7 working days for delivery. But it’s a week past that. Completely miss informed of delivery days, product gets trapped in a pallet delivery company and adds 2 weeks to your project. Certainly will go elsewhere next time.

They have good collection of outdoor paving slabs. My garden looks superb now

Sent a few short but no quibble when I told them and sent the ones short with a few extra.

Stones look nothing like the pictures. Well beyond what I consider reasonable natural variation.

I recently ordered patio slabs from this company for a new patio project. The slabs arrived on pallets, but when my builder unwrapped them, several were broken and completely unusable.

I contacted the supplier the same day to report the issue and requested a refund for the damaged slabs, as we had no choice but to source replacements locally in order to keep the project on schedule.

That was over four weeks ago, and I still have not received a refund.

Since then, I’ve been given repeated excuses. I was recently told that the refund had been processed and that proof would be sent, but this has not been provided, and no refund has appeared. My most recent email has also been ignored.

The slabs that weren’t broken are good but overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. While issues can happen, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to resolve the problem in a timely manner is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Easy to ordered delivered on time.

I would like to start with giving Paving Direct an amazing amount of praise!
I made a large order with them, and it couldn't have been easier.
The biggest amount of praise goes to their customer service team. There was a slight issue with the order, but before the order was out for delivery they contacted me. They made me aware of the issue ahead of time and gave me three options. In five minutes the issue was dealt with in the most professional manner!
My order was delivered on time with contact from the driver, making it such a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Simple process

Having made an order the co.pany delivered the next day. Problem, only half the order arrived. So what made give them 5 stars? What followed told me what this company does. It put it right the next day, no issues this company is good.

Arrived a day later than planned to the wrong address but a phone call sorted it. Stone is good quality.

My order arrived with one sample broken . Not the company’s fault I am sure, but it makes me wonder how weak the slabs would be.

Swift delivery of the samples

A shout out to Pavestone's Customer Service Manager Sam who sorted out my twice messed up request for samples from their sister company Paving Direct. Following my review this was fixed the next working day with the arrival of the correct samples. Now all I have to do is choose which one.

Prompt service and delivery of sample's and will be ordering from them again soon.

Good variety of building blocks to replicate cotswold stone but got sent the wrong colour in the sample pack which could have led to a very costly mistake. I had to drive up to see the business in person and whilst, the salesperson was helpful, their method of showing off the various colours was to go and grab one block at a time from the depot because visitors weren't allowed. It didn't fill me with confidence given that two identical colours were apparently different and he had to check a few times with a supervisor. Why isn't there a sample area where visitors can see them all side by side and be confident that they are labelled accurately? Seems like an obvious fix for something that should be simple.
