I’m not tech savvy, so to get a call back from lily asking if I needed anything was perfect. I’ve carried on dealing with lily, placing an order today. She’s also provided me with 2 quotes today for jobs I’ve got. Will be asking for lily going forward. Made my life much easier. Thank you

Lillie organised everything for me very quickly and efficiently. The porcelain delivered was on the specified date first thing in the morning so we could get started on the project straight away.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Cam was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, a genuinely professional and friendly approach, rarely experienced these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for landscaping advice and guidance, really reasonably priced as well. I will certainly be using them again.

I first spoke to Tyler who was very knowledgeable and had a great knowledge of the products they supply...quote was with me via email quickly.
I popped up to the showroom and Scott was spot on and also has a great knowledge of all the products they sell...
Delivery came yesterday and it was also seemless...

Bought 5 pallets of Kandla grey porcelain. Ended up requiring another pallet which was able to be sourced with the same batch numbers as previous pallets. Out of all 6 pallets I only had 2 broken tiles. Delivery was done earlier than expected but was called to be informed of this. Would definitely use them again.

Great quality sandstone Raj green.
Very happy although delivery was a couple of days late but don't think it was there fault.

The company has been unhelpful and the customer service experience has been disappointing. I ordered 11 kerbing stones with a 10% extra allowance for a total of £480. Unfortunately, the builder required one additional kerb, but the company was unable to assist and informed me that a single stone costs £147.33 before delivery. The customer service team was uncooperative and indicated that the issue was my responsibility, suggesting that I do not understand the business.

Can I just say what a pleasure it has been dealing with this company. From the very first contact asking for a sample of my choice of slab to the final point of my delivery arriving at my address. The staff was very polite and nothing was too much trouble and delivery was first class as well and would recommend this company to friends and relatives. First class service thank you all

Good order service and quick to arrange delivery. I was asked if delivery was ok for a large truck which it is - access is fine. However we have a gravel drive and therefore wouldn’t deliver on the drive and wanted to leave it on the road with me having no means to move it - 1.5tonnes of paving stones to move by myself. Paving Stones Direct never said gravel would be an issue. Very unhelpful gentleman I spoke to in customer service who said it was my issue and if I cancelled the order and returned them I wouldn’t get any money back as the return delivery costs 4 times the costs of the original delivery. No interest in helping me to resolve the issue. No care for the customer. Be very careful when placing orders with them as their service stops once you’ve paid for your order!

Great service from paving stones direct always for all our paving needs. Chetu looks after us very well with competitive pricing and great service for all our projects. We also bought two of their paving sample boxes which are very handy and customers are always impressed with. Would certainly recommend to all.

I would recommended this company from first ordering they were really helpful and everything went smooth with the delivery also had to send one pallet back as i ordered to many nothing was a problem ti them it was picked up and returned very professional company would recommend them to anyone and many thanks to kenneth whom i dealt with from start to end the result is fantastic

First time using Paving Stones Direct. Initially their customer service was great when I first made an enquiry about one of their plank slabs in terms of suitability for my job. I then had to wait however 3.5 weeks for the particular slab I wanted to come back in stock. From point of order to delivery this was about 9 days so all in all it was a bit of a chore to obtain the slabs although to be fair, communication about this (via email) was good.

The complaint I had however was after 5 weeks of patiently waiting to secure my order, I was not impressed by the way in which it was delivered: I appreciate PSD UK use a third party transport service (under the 'Pallex Group') and therefore they only have so much control over this but I live in a property without a driveway but do have outdoor space out the front.

Their policy for delivery is for a '“Kerbside Drop Service” only' but that 'the product will be left at the nearest suitable area'. On my street there is a drop in the pavement and yet where they left it (in the roadside) was not at all what I would deem as 'suitable'. As such, because I live alone, I had to manually then haul over 455kg of slabs (costing £420) by myself to a more suitable storage space out front which was back-breaking work, when all it could have taken was to use the tail lift pump truck to do this. All the customer service team could said in response to this complaint was that the delivery, 'was completed within the standards that are stated on our website and in our confirmation  email after ordering'. There was no empathy or understanding from my perspective as the customer at all. It the little things that go a long way with your customers.

Shame really as the the slabs were packaged very well and they are high quality (when laid correctly of course which was a separate issue I've had with the landscaper!)
