I would give 0 stars, if I could. Ordered what was advertised as a Ruffwear Floatcoat dog life vest harness on 5/9/26 & received a knock-off with no brand label on 6/18/26 (almost 6 weeks later). After their 20 day waiting time to receive the package, I sent an email asking for an update and got no response. The only “update” I received via email was further advertising to add more products to my order. Wasted time, wasted money. Wish I had checked here prior to purchasing from Paw Print Pad - I will never buy from them again.

I have had a horrible experience with this company and my conclusion is that it is a SCAM. After waiting over a month for my order to be shipped, what arrived was an incorrect item in both size and color. After reaching out to customer service with photos of my order confirmation and a photo of what I received and item receipt, they proceeded to tell me that due to "the challenge of procuring raw materials" sometimes people "receive a different variant or color of the same product". Setting aside how rediculous this is, the item I received was the incorrect color/pattern AND incorrect size so was unusable to me regardless - I ordered a Large dog bed and received a size Small. Then, after communicating this to customer service, and after asking for a full refund, they told me that I would have to pay for the shipping cost to return the incorrect item from the U.S. to China before I would receive a refund. On their website it states that "The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent. In cases where the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping fees." They clearly state that if an incorrect item is sent they will cover the return shipping fees. My most recent email to them informed them of their written return policy, but I don't expect them to uphold this based on how they have dealt with the situation so far.
I am still in a back and forth with customer service but i do NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

The first photo is a photo of the vests I received. They are $40 on amazon (I paid $60 per vest from them, vests photographed are $80+) and missing the features described on the ones I ordered. Photos 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are what was advertised on your site, including the product description claiming the telescoping neck and the material. The vests I received (photo 1) do not have the telescoping neck and they are a completely different material, and NOT worth what I paid for them. You are falsely advertising RuffWear vests and editing out the logo. You are using their product description and then sending a crappy version from Amazon which is missing all of the features from the description you stole.
This is false advertising and incredibly frustrating. I have filed a claim to dispute charges with my credit card and I will be going online to leave as many 1 star reviews flagging this scam in as many places as I can find. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

Absolutley horrible place to order from. Scammers all the way around. I cannot believe that they are still aloud to advertise. I wish I would have found these reviews before I ordered. It has been 6 weeks and their Chinese tracking website said that my product was delivered by my local United States Parcel Service yet I have not received anything. I checked my post office and they have no record of it at all. I have demanded a refund from this place and I keep getting "canned" responses. I am not going to stop. I don't care if it is only 60bucks I am going to get my money back somehow by fighting them. This place sucks!!!

I ordered my package on April 18th and I contacted the numerous times wondering where my package was they finally sent a tracking app which was in Chinese mind you. I tracked it every day then miraculously it said it was left in my mailbox on May 19th. It was not, I never received it. I have filed a claim with PayPal and the buyer keeps going back and forth with me messaging all their nonsensical reasons, they just won't refund my money . I will escalate complaint which I need to do by June 18th. In their last message they had the audacity to ask me to go to the Post Office and show them the tracking number so they could track my package. I finally relented and did that and the Postmaster said he has seen that type of tracking once before and it is not a legitimate tracking number. Surprise, suprise! He said all US mail tracking numbers start with a 9. This Chinese tracking app started with three letters and then numbers. They have yet to agree to refund my money so they are getting this really awful review because they totally suck at customer service. I honestly believe this is a fake website and the products all come from China so buyer beware. I would never order from this site if you are considering it because I think it is a fake site with a fake tracking app. And I totally agree that they don't even receive one star however we aren't allowed to put zero but that is exactly what they deserve!

I'd give them a 0 if I could. They don’t send the order when they say they will and it doesn't ship it as fast as they say. I ordered a car seat cover on March 9th, it is now April 23 and it is nowhere close to being delivered. The company refuses to refund me, they keep saying it has shipped. They are SCAMERS, don't order anything from them.

This is the worst merchant I have encountered. My merchandise took much longer than the promised date to arrive because it shipped from China. The shipment tracking link I was sent was in Chinese. The correct size item was received but it was still too small for my dog. I called about a return and was told item could not be returned but I would receive a 15% refund. This was promised 2 months ago and I still have not received my credit. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT!

Unfortunately I ordered from this company and waited over 6 weeks for my order! I tried to cancel and was told the item was shipped. WHAT THEY DON'T TELL IS THEY ORDER FROM CHINA. AND THE SIZING IS COMPLETELY OFF BY 2 SIZES! I ended up donating the fleece sweaters, which belong to "tea cup" size dogs. My Frenchie's "are small" at 18lbs., and the SIZE LARGE barely fit over thier heads!

If I could rate this company with negative stars I would do so. I ordered a hat for my dog. The photos on the website do not represent the hat. It looks great in the pictures but is not the same when you receive it. I ordered on January 30,2026 and received it on March 3, 2026. When I placed the order, the website indicated my order would be received in 10-15 days. I had to contact them, via email, several times to get an update on shipment of the order. When I received it on 3/3 and asked for a refund because of the poor quality and fit, they offered 15 % refund ($3.59) or a 25% discount on a future order. After another email exchange, they indicated that I must return it to the Quanzhou Alilling Co warehouse in China. That would be the only way of receiving a refund. I paid $23.94 for the item and it will probably cost close to what I paid, by the time I pay customs and postage. At this point, I am not willing to gamble any more of my money on this company. I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from their website. You are wasting your valuable time and money.
Horrible Customer Service
Back in November, 2025 we bought a harness for our dog, Freida, because she could no longer have a leash attached to her collar. She had developed a tumor on her neck and with a leash attached to the collar, it put pressure on the tumor. We were trying different harnesses where the leash attached to a ring on the top of the harness instead of the front, and ordered one that looked like it would work, from Paw Print Pad. Their website said "Easy Returns" for a refund or exchange. The way the harness fit still put pressure on the tumor, so it wouldn't work. When I requested to return it for a refund, I was told that they had just changed their Return Policy, and if I wanted a refund I would have to return the harness to their warehouse in China. However, if I wanted store Credit, they would give me a 50% refund, and I could keep or donate the harness. If I wanted a cash refund, they would give me a 20% refund, and I could keep or donate the harness. Since it cost more to ship to China than I paid for the Harness, I accepted their offer for the 20% refund. That was in November. I have made multiple requests via email for them to process my refund, but every time I get an auto response that they are still waiting for an update from the appropriate department to be able to process my refund. No customer service at all!
