I ordered some nail clippers... it has taken forever to get here and has still not arrived .

I ordered a harness for my dog- she’s a german shepherd mix so we were very particular about getting a “friendly” color. The brand that was recommended was out of stock in our color everywhere but Paw Print Pad. My partner was frustrated by the shopping experience so I went ahead and ordered it.

It took longer than stated to get a shipping notification. I never got an estimate on when to expect my item, and when I emailed (3 times) I got the exact same, unhelpful response.

The tracking number went to a site in Chinese. The English translation wasn’t great and I was never able to track my order. I almost enlisted a friend to translate the site for me!

After waiting almost a month, I received the harness. It’s too small! We measured her multiple times because her breed is known for fit issues. We definitely ordered the right size. On further inspection, I noticed there are no brand labels and there are details that are different than the product pictures.

It’s a knock off!!!

I stated the return process but I’m not hopeful based on passed experience. I think I’m probably out close to $50 at this point. This is as close to as scam as you can get, in my opinion.

Ordered a recovery suit for my dog Was supposed to arrive 10-15 business days. Came in almost 5 weeks later. Ordered a large What I got would barely fit my cat. Tried to get them to send a label to refund. They refused saying I could keep the suit and get a 15% refund or get 25%off next order. Why would I keep a suit that doesn't fit?

I ordered a dog harness a month ago. Emailing them several times for a delivery status. All replies are BS. They come from a company called Premier Trust and they never provide any information, just that it’s process or at Customs. Deceptive website never mentioned China! I already notified my credit card company about fraud and they told me I won’t have to pay the charge. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING “PAW PRINT” or similar websites.

Unable to connect with a human being, all emails are responded to with the same response, never do they respond specifically to the problem.

Requested they call me, same response.

The worst of the worst!!! Please do NOT buy anything from this company.
1- You will never receive it
2. They do not refund your money inspite of the fact that they do not send you your merchandise (it’s like making a donation to them!!!)
3- no contact information. Their telephone number goes nowhere!! You can leave all the messages you want and no one will ever call you back
4- customer service- there is none! you can send an email after email and some AI inbox will send you an automated response. You will never find out where your package is, or if your package is ever going to come. so save your money.

I wish some governmental agency would close them down

I ordered a raincoat for my dog at a size according to their size chart after meticulously measuring my dog first. It took a whole month to get as I did not realize that it came directly from China even though their office is based here in San Francisco. When I tried to get a refund they would only give me 20% of the amount I paid and ONLY after I mailed it back to China and it was received. So they kept 80% of my money and I had to pay for the return shipping, which I did not do and had to write it off as a total loss. As a previous review said, total scam company. I wish I could get the word out to more sites so trusting people can avoid my experience. Hopefully karma will give this company what it truly deserves, bankruptcy.

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s been 31 days and when I sent a message to cancel the order they put it in the warehouse to ship, literally the day I notified them to cancel. Now I’m supposed to wait another how many weeks for it to come from china.
Nothing on their website, order page etc mentioned it would take this long and you can’t leave a review on that website and you can’t see these reviews with out looking for them on an external site.

The harness came finally after being mislead that it was shipping from Canada , when it came from China. Normally I’m not a complaining person but in this case the harness is cute - but the price and the (where) the harness is from totally off base my $19.99 harness rolled over to be $26.99. I got the harness today and thanks but I won’t be ordering from here again.

Do NOT order anything from this so called business. It took over a month to get the product that I ordered. It comes directly from China and it goes thru Hong Kong and New York before being shipped to an address in the US.

My order came in the time it was supposed to. It fit perfectly. Was exactly what I ordered and was personalized correctly. I was Leary reading all the bad reviews. I guess no one is writing reviews if they are happy with their order. So, here’s one. I am very happy with the item I purchased from Paw Print Pad. Thank you.

Same lie they sold everyone else...

This company misrepresented a product. Nothing like the picture. When I received it, I contacted them explaining it wasn't what was pictured. I requested a refund. They kept trying to talk me into exchanging it for something else. I said I preferred a refund. They said I had to ship it to China for return at my own expense. Do not use them

I would leave negative stars if I could. I ordered a dog vest with name and phone number on July 30. Says 10- 15 business days 20 at most. I kept using the tracking and seen it had been sitting at airport waiting for consignee ?for about a week. I continually attempted to contact them with NO response. Now I check tracking today and it's been returned August 25

They took money. No product sent. They just want to sell me more , No way . Do not get scammed!

We received our order. Shipping time was 21 days, bed was not The donut one we thought it would be. Its just a large rectangular one. The toy was a joke. We won't be ordering from you again. Robert Edwards

I ordered a product from pawprintpad.com & never received it. When you email the company it takes several days before you get a response. The 1st tracking # they provided wasn't valid & the 2nd tracking # they provided shows that the product was delivered to a different street name (not my address). This company doesn't deserve any stars! Very bad customer service. Don't waste your time or money ordering anything from them unless you like stress.

Scam...avoid at all costs unless you like flushing money down the toilet. You will not receive your order and they will never respond to your inquiries. Total waste.
