Need to do more menu as my dog only like turkey which they don't do plus trying to get hold of them on phone is very hard and don't get call back, have emailed them and still no email back thankyou

Brilliant high quality dog food. Also a lovely company to deal with. Our dogs Nellie & Max love the food and they have more energy a good bellies. 100% recommended

Great customer service. Sam must be very busy but responds quickly and directly which is a lovely personal touch. Our dog goes mad for the food and gets very impatient while she’s waiting !

I started feeding Paws on Plates to my two elderly Portuguese Water Dogs a couple of months ago. They both love it, plus this food has made a very noticeable difference, especially in my ten year old, better stools, her coat shines, she has more energy, fetching toys and playing like a youngster. My 14 year old has tummy issues, she has Paws on Plates as a topper on her veterinary gastrointestinal dry food, this is working really well for her. Five stars for Paws on Plates, they have a great customer service too.

Recently changed our little Sprocker Spaniel, who has a sensitive tummy to Paws on Plates. She absolutely loves it, can hardly wait until we put her bowl down and licks every last drop. It looks and smells so good. Fantastic packaging and so easy to make changes to meal plan online.

We’ve tried many foods for our boy, this is by far the best, he absolutely loves it!

Food is abit gritty, which was refunded. The other boxes were fine, so probably just a one off. The food is tasty and helped our dog especially with his stomach. He is a picky eater with a sensitive stomach which makes getting his food more difficult.

Great nutritionally balanced food that my dogs love & prompt customer service should you need them. Highly recommended!!

Great customer service and excellent quality food. Our dog eats every tiny bit at every meal. We also love that they support British farmers and use British meat wherever possible. The food is human grade and smells wonderful! They care and it shows.

As a first timer with Paws on Plates, was impressed with the prompt response to an enquiry with recipe details winging its way to my mailbox at top speed! Good eco packing, good food and a happy dog.

Have not brought yet. Looks good and simular to food i get already with tuggs. Considering setting up plan but not sure if im being petty but my dog has 500g and they come in 800g tubs. For the money i dont want to be weighing out food daily. Hope they change.

Best dog food i have ever fed my dog. He seems brighter and happier and not having the upset stomachs that he had before. His coat is also in good condition. Very helpful staff when I have had questions.

My two cocker spaniels have been on this food for around 8 months now. Have tried most diets after my dog started with allergies and this gives the best quality of ingredients (allergic to offal found in butternut box and similar) and varety of flavours he can still have (cant have chicken/beef). Wish subscription page was easier to edit eg if dogs weight changes etc as have to do a new subcription for them. Recent prob with order (dpd prob) and rhey rectified quickly even though not their fault. My dog was literally crying with anticipation after a day and half of not having it ha.

We are on our 4th delivery of Paws on Plates and all three of my spaniels love it. I think we have tried all the other cooked food brands and this is definitely both mine and my dogs favourite. The consistency of the food is consistent and really moist, some of the others we have tried have been rather dry. Delivery and packaging has been great and the customer service is excellent, as is the quality of the food!

The company seem to be very dog and owner focused. I particularly like the fact that when I called with a query, Sam the founder answered and was a pleasure to deal with. The meals created for dogs are great! the only issue I have is the fish based meals seem to have more liquid in them and so the cardboard containers disintegrate somewhat when the food is defrosted. Hence a 4 star review. The lamb, the beef and the turkey meals…. Perfect!

I cannot rate the quality of POP enough. Visibly, smell, ingredients, ethic, so many cons. I have used so many fresh good companies & actually switched from different dog. I've had to reach out to the team a couple of times and Chloe & Sam have been fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble & they genuinely care how your dog gets on with their products. I wish they did a few more proteins, but in time and scaling up that will definitely come. My extremely fussy dog absolutely jumps for his beef hotpot. Which is the only receipe he can have. ( He's allergic to poultry ) the salmon meal was just to oily for him & the lamb to rich. I really would LOVE to see a vension receipe from paws on plates as I know so many other pawrents will, who have allergic & sensitive dogs.
My dog started off really well on this during the slow transition period and the first box or so. Unfortunately lately, which is the same issue I had with different dog. The meals have become increasingly wetter and of course that's of course making his stools a lot wetter and sloppy. I have tried adding a little more fibre , but my more is so sensitive he cannot tolerate much. I have a box due, and will give it one last 2 weeks , probiotics in hand! See how we go but if there's not much improvement the search continues!
However honest this review is, please don't hesitate to try paws on plates every dog is different and i cannot recommend them enough! It may just end up it's too rich & wet for us! As my vet said, if that kinda moisture content is going you have to expect softer stools. But my pups tummy isn't the best it's been! We shall see.. But as I've said, incredible company, incredible dog food & absolutely up there quality, value for money and customer service wise. 😁
