Marty and Sharon are amazing people to work with , very sympathetic and understanding, beautiful service and love shown not only for our pet but for us too, Thank you so much for everything loosing three is two weeks was hard but you made it a little bit easier knowing they were being looked after x

Our doggie was put to sleep at home and Sharon came to the house to take him away for cremation shortly after. She was so professional and caring. We can't thank her enough for helping make the toughest of times so dignified. We are so grateful.

We used Paws to Heaven in March when our little Patchy passed, little did we know that we would have to ask them to come again so soon to take care of our Halle. This loss was so unexpected and painful, Sharon came to our home and supported us through such heart breaking grief. I really don't know how she and Marty do it, they just treated our little ones and us with such respect, warmth and empathy. For that last journey you want your beloved family member to take, do not hesitate to use Paws to Heaven, you actually feel wrapped in love by Sharon and her team during a very sad time.

Sharon and her team were amazing with looking after and caring for our budgie. The process was handled so compassionately and gently and we were so grateful with the amount of care that went into the process with our budgie. Thankyou Sharon & team.

Losing your pet who is part of your family is such a traumatic experience Sharon is such a professional with such a loving caring nature and she made our experience wonderful at such a bad time.

Thank you to Sharon. I can not recommend this service enough. More so than any others I have used in the past. From the moment my precious cat Ziggy passed, Sharon took care of everything. From picking him up from the vet to the cremation. Also Sharon was constantly in touch to check on my mental health to see how I was going. She also knew I was a pensioner and was aware that a payment plan was the only way I could get the cremation done and Sharon put my mind at ease and we worked out a sensible stress free plan. The certificate is the most beautiful thing and I will be getting his 'auntys and uncles' for a morning tea to spread his ashes at a later date. I'm so pleased I bought the necklace - a little piece of him always. And also you giving an extra original paw print is a lovely touch - I will be getting a tattoo! Thank you too Marty for your empathy when delivering Ziggy. You both are amazing people. Will recommend you always 🐾❤️🥰

We’re a family from Carseldine in North Brisbane.
Our beautiful Daisy, passed away at home during the night. My wife and I found her at the foot of our bed at 5:30am.
We have 4 children aged from 12 to 6, and Daisy had been with them from birth.
It was a heart wrenching, indescribable morning. We’d lost my Mum, the kids Nan, just 7 months previously.
In the pouring rain, I stood in the garage lost and with no idea about what to do with our beautiful dog, our gentle giant. I found Paws to Heaven online. Through my own sobs, Sharon took my call at 5:50am, was caring, gentle, so bloody sincere and after I gave our address, she said, it’s okay darling, I’m on my way. Sharon sat with our children, my wife, me- she was so warm- just the beautiful Angel we needed. I’ll never be able to thank her enough. Daisy is home now, and I can tell you on my Mum, and our Daisy’s memory, Paws to Heaven were with us every single step.
