Great Service from the first phone call to drop off. The staff are so friendly and caring. The communication was excellent. You can trust them to handle the process and it was a relief after the stress of having to make all the other arrangements. The attention to detail during the pick up was especially touching. Drop off was great as well, very thorough and friendly which was a huge relief. Thank you so much to the team.

Once we completed the form to have our dog collected the process was very prompt and the staff very caring. They arrived within a couple of hours to collect her and kept us advised of each step in the process. When her ashes were returned, they presented her ashes and a beautiful certificate.

Sharon communicated really well while we were grieving. I can't appreciate her positive and caring outtake more. Beautiful experience considering. Thankyou.

During the heartbreak of losing our beloved rescue doggy to illness, Paws to Heaven provided respectful and efficient after care.

This was my first time with saying goodbye to a pet.
My first dog, my 10year old boy Hunter had got sick quickly with a cancerous lump on his leg. I was so devastated and heartbroken; this one was a hard experience to go through. I was undecided of what services suited my boy to give him a gentle and heartfelt, loving send-off he deserved so much. I know that I wanted something to represent water, as Hunter loved the beach, the beach was where we spend a lot of our time together, it was our healing place. Water is where we felt connected and at peace with the world with each other. When I started researching Paws to Heaven, I didn't have a second thought in my mind that they were going to give Hunter a special, nurturing and loving send-off he deserved. After our final goodbyes to my boy, Sharon allowed the appropriate space and time to contact me. Sharon called me to inform me that she had now had Hunter in her care, and that she had picked him save and sound. Which I really apricated so much, I found it really hard to leave Hunter after everything was done. Sharon was so nurturing, warm, and gentle over the phone, I was a mess on the phone crying trying to keep it together, Sharon was so compassionate. Sharon kept communication with me right up until we had Hunter back. We went over all the options of Urns and beautiful quotes. Sharon allowed me to pick a picture and a special quote of our own, which I thought was amazing! Hunter went to heaven on the Friday 5.30pm in the afternoon, and Sharon had picked him up around 6pm -6ish. Hunter was home the week after on a Wednesday. Sharon informed me of the ins and outs of what was going to happen. Sharon dropped Hunter off herself which made his travel back home a bit special. Sharon did extra prints of Hunters nose and paws for us in case we needed them as backup, which I thought was so lovely of her. Sharon didn't have to do that, but she did, I am so grateful. I can tell that Sharon and her team are very compassionate, and loving and really care for fur babies. There isn't a lot of humans in this world that have that understanding and love for animals.
Sharon and Paws to Heaven, I dearly thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you for looking after my Hunter, my precious boy, I know if he was alive today, he would be giving you all the kisses and cuddles as a thank you for looking after him and his momma during this journey.

Losing our sweet girl was so unbelievably heartbreaking but Paws to Heaven made the whole experience a lot better. From the first day I enquired Sharon had been nothing but kind and accommodating, she kept me updated through out the entire process from picking up our cat to updating me and then organising a time for her to come back home

These people are wonderful, the process is a kinder and gentle alternative to traditional fire cremation, not only that, but they went out of their way to travel a little bit further to pick up my girl, the beautiful urn was wrapped up carefully so nothing got damaged, extra care was taken, and the necklace I got with a bit of her ashes sealed inside them was given to me in a lovely pouch.

This company went above and beyond in many aspects, I also want to point out how grateful I am that they did not 1 paw print, but all 4.

Spencer (my cat) was in great hands, and it is comforting to know she was well looked after, thankyou so much, your company has made this process feel a bit easier for me and my family and we are forever grateful.

I highly recommend Paws To Heaven they were so incredibly understanding, patient and compassionate with helping us through the loss of our beloved cat. We have him home with us again in a beautiful urn and with touching momento of his paw print and picture.
