Brillant wee tag easy to access as my cat likes wander around

10/10!! I am super surprised and very happy with this product! My cat has just started going outside and we have had multiple people contact us to see who's pet it is by scanning the tag(he likes to spin in circles, nothing wrong with him, just a weirdo and he is new to the neighbourhood). Its super easy to set up and very convenient!! Great peace of mind.

I cancelled subscription around October 2024 by following their very complex system of cancelling a subscription,they still continued charging me $5 a month I contacted again in dec24 filled form in again & asked for the money back they stole from me, it stopped for a couple of months until today I get a receipt from them charging me again I check and they have not CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE. IVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAIL ASKING TO STOP CHARGING MY ACGOUNT ..DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT AND THEY JUST IGNORE YOU.. THEY ARE A SCAM IT IS A GARBAGE SERVICE NOTHING BUT A WAY TO GET YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS AND STEAL $5USD FROM YOU A MONTH.. IM LEFT WITH NOTHING BUT A BIG INCONVENIENCE AS I HAVE A CANCEL MY CARD TO STOP THEM STEALING FROM

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Impossible to cancel the “subscription”, contacting them goes nowhere and how convenient that the link they give you to cancel the subscription is broken. This is very clearly a scam. Shame on this “company” for preying on people who love their pets. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! I will be reporting this “company” to the Financial Ombudsman, Action Fraud, Trading Standards, and my bank. You can quite clearly see how much money they are making from ripping people off by making it impossible to cancel the subscription.

Tag is flimsy and fell off the day after we got it no where to be found.

I cancelled my subscription or requested they did as they do not let you online months ago and have been ignored yet they keep taking payments. Emailed again today to be ignored AGAIN. Will be reporting them.

I’ve had no issue with this company and they’ve been helpful with information and service is pretty easy and cheap which I’m happy with.

Absolute scam. Was great whilst my subscription was active but now I’ve cancelled they’re proceeding to take money they refunded 2 months of illegal withdrawal but then continue to try take money each month have emailed messaged on social media with no avail avoid at all cost

Easy to set up, giving peace of mind to the owner. Great the fact that you can get a real time location of where your pet has been found.

I have tried to delete my account and cancel my subscription multiple times but they won’t let me. I sent the tags back and was told they hadn’t received them, then they never responded again, now I’m stuck paying for a service I can’t even use. Wouldn’t recommend. Customer service sucks.

Brilliant idea and when the tag is on the dog works brilliantly, unfortunately the tags are not fit for purpose as they are all produced with the attachment hole too close to the edge of the tag. I have replaced the tag 7 times since I put the first one on my Sprollie pup a year ago. The law according to Sod means that when I require the Paw Tag to work for real it won’t be attached to my pup. I won’t be renewing my subscription until the tag problem is rectified.

Its reassuring to know something works as well.as its advertised. My cat wanted to visit another property. A phone call later my cat was collected and returned home safely. I have peace of mind knowing he can be found scanned and collected . Thankyou for keeping him safe

Cancelled my subscription after my cat passed away. Put in a claim with my credit card when they still charged me. Now they have charged me again. Do not use them. Absolute unfeeling, uncaring, useless, thieving company.

Edit: contacted me today via messenger asking for more details assuring me that my subscriptions would be refunded and cancelled.

Edit: according to my credit card company they keep changing their merchant number that’s why when you cancel or block one they can still continue to charge you.

Edit: 06/09/25 still trying to take money out of my account. Still not responding to emails. Still spamming my email with demands to update my account with new card details. If anyone used the ‘shop’ app to pay subscription, delete your card details and they can’t charge you. Still won’t close my account or cancel any of the subscriptions in it. Pets still active on account. Please don’t believe the fake reviews.

Edit: 16/09/25 still trying to take money from my account. Still sending demands to update my card details. All pets still active on their website despite repeated requests for cancellation. If you do one thing this week, scroll on passed their adverts

Really happy with this, very easy to use unlike other ones I’ve tried. The maps show you exactly where your pet is so you can find them pretty easily

This tag is brilliant! Really quick to arrive and very easy to set up. I would highly recommend it!
