Battery life is very poor. I have to charge daily and it takes forever to charge.
I tried to amend the activity level, when the tracker died from poor battery, but it didn't work.
The tracker takes an age to lock on when wanting to actually track. The reason I bought it was to locate my dog when she sneaks out and turns her ears off!

My only concern is, this is my third unit in the the last 4 years. Just replacing it now as it has stopped working

I lost my dogs pitpat in the park as the velcro had worn, the app took me straight back to where she had lost it, pitpat recovered I ordered new velcro from pitpat, very reasonably priced and very quick delivery meaning I could get back to exercising my dog knowing I could track her if needed

I've been so impressed with both the PitPat tracker and the customer service I've received. The tracker itself is easy to set up, and has proved a valuable tool in keeping an eye on my rescue dog. Charging is equally easy and the battery itself lasts a long time.
For some reason my tracker stopped charging recently and I called the company to see what my options were. Not only did they answer the call within a few minutes but Nathalie found my order, sorted out a replacement and sent me directions on how to detach the previous tracker and set up the new one - all within about five minutes of talking to her! The new tracker arrived 48 hours later and is now installed and working perfectly. Thank you very much to the PitPat team :-)

Very pleased with my tracker .
Does it's job very well ( subject to adequate coverage , which is an obvious requirement ) .
Customer service department , Paws Support , cannot be faulted .
I had a small issue with my tracker ( it turned out not to be a problem with the tracker but instead a problem with the way that I was trying to operate it 🤦 )
RUSSELL at customer support was amazingly helpful . He sorted out the issue and even contacted me again later to check that all was well .

It’s been great to see how much fun my pup has been having- I love achieving her goal every day but the reality is that can now feel reassured that if she runs off I’ll be able to find her. Ive got into a routine of recharging the tracker once a week to ensure it’s over half full just in case she gets lost. I haven’t had to use customer service yet, but believe they would respond effectively. I haven’t had to ordered new Velcro and it was better value than I’d anticipated and arrived promptly

We did however loose a tracker, (probably down a rabbit hole) rang PitPat customer services, I received a voucher code and replacement the following day.
Great product and customer care, would highly recommend if you have dogs that go on a wander.
Also great to see your dog’s activity and mileage everyday.
