I purchased the 40 oz tumbler memorializing my 3 prior cats and celebrating the 2 I have now. Love the line drawings and how my halo kitties are on one side and my current kitties are on the other.jk

I bought a personalized planter for my daughter for Easter. It was delivered quickly and she said it was packaged very nicely. It turned out so well! Super cute. Highly recommend ordering from Pawuni!

I ordered a small plant pot with an image of our dog who'd recently passed. It came out really well, the print is high quality. My daughter loves it and this will be an item displayed in our home for years to come.

Ordered a mug for a birthday gift and received the mug within a week or two unfortunately the mug was broken, I contacted customer service and they were amazing and very caring. Received my replacement mug yesterday these mugs are of wonderful quality. I was so pleased I ordered a second mug. I have no problem recommending Pawuni as a great company

I received my picture of my baby Harleygirl she passed 6/24/21 now I can look at the picture and remember all the good times we shared. The picture looks just like her its beautiful they did a good job thank you

Syy oli kuulemma se, ettei matkahuollolla ollut yhteystietoja jotka olin Pawunille antanut. Otin yhteyttä Pawunin asiakaspalveluun ja sain heiltä ystävällistä palvelua ja lopulta sain pakettini 15.1.2026 jonka tilasin 22.11.2025.

Won't stop emailing you regardless of unsubscribing. What a scam of a company

Do not order from them unless you like about seven different emails a day from them, but with different email addresses and variations of their name. I block every sender address , I have unsubscribed. It’s nothing but spam at this point and I can’t make it stop. Save yourself from their spam.

I placed an order of the cat poster. They give options as to how many cats you want and if they should have halos over their heads to signify they were deceased. I took a screenshot of my order design showing 4 cats with halos and two cats without halos. When I received the first poster, one of the cats that was not supposed to show a halo did have one. After several emails with customer service, they offered to send me a corrected poster. When I received the new poster, it was exactly the same as the original I received with one cat having a halo that shouldn’t have. I emailed back and they refunded my money. That’s fine but I really just wanted the correct poster. I emailed them back and their response was just reorder a new one. Why would I order a new one when they couldn’t get the first two they sent me correct? Very disappointing.

Hice el pedido el 5 de noviembre, hice el siguimiento y hasta el 1 de diciembre hay movimiento, luego nada, no responden correos ni llamadas... han pasado mes y medio y no he recibido las dos tazas que pedí. Es una burla al cliente

The mug was what was described and what was shown on the website; however, there were stray ink marks inside the mug and there is some discoloring around the edges and in a couple of other spots. I’m glad i didn’t get this as a gift for someone else, cuz i would have been a little embarrassed with the quality.
It took a little while longer than expected to get here from across the globe, but that should be expected even if it's not explicitly predicted. For me it took a little under 5 weeks to arrive.

Placed an order for a personalised mug which took 3.5 weeks to arrive.
When it did it was not as advertised. The mug was 2 tones navy with a mix of brown making the mug look dirty and used. I have spend a lot of money on 1 product and expected a very high quality finish for the price, or at least for it to appear as shown on the website! As a result I am unable to gift this as intended.

Extremely poor quality! Do not waste your money!

There was a delivery issue with a gift I ordered and Pawuni has been useless & non responsive. Will be withholding my credit card payment until the issue is resolved.

Absolut inakzeptabler Kundenservice – Nie wieder!
Ich habe in diesem Onlineshop einen Artikel im Wert von 33,90 € bestellt. Die Lieferung kam angeblich nicht an, da angeblich die Adresse „nicht gefunden“ wurde – obwohl meine Adresse korrekt und vollständig war. Anstatt mich zu kontaktieren oder den Artikel erneut zu versenden, hat der Shop die Ware einfach zurückgeschickt bekommen und vernichtet.

Das Allerschlimmste: Es gibt keine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises! Der Shop behauptet, dass ich nun weder Ware noch Geld erhalte. Das ist für mich reiner Betrug.

Der Kundenservice hat nach nur zwei mageren Konversationen einfach aufgehört zu antworten – keinerlei Interesse an einer Lösung, keinerlei Kulanz.

So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt – Kundenfreundlichkeit und Fairness = Null. Ich kann nur jedem raten: Finger weg von diesem Shop! Hier wird man im Problemfall ignoriert und verliert sein Geld.

I ordered two mugs for my daughter and her husband for Christmas. Exactly what I hoped they would be. Perfect color for her kitchen. So. Cute. Well worth the cost and they arrived fairly quickly.

One of the two mugs I ordered had print that was barely visible on the orange mug. I talked back and forth with the customer service team and was told I could order another one at my own cost (over $30 a small mug) when I hoped they’d send me one that could be read. Their response included “ I’d be more than happy to ensure the print looks its best on the white background”. Needless to say this company offers what appears to be an adorable and sentimental product, but if your product doesn’t print well (barely visible), don’t expect them to remedy their error.

Ordered a memorial keepsake picture. They sent me a picture but with someone else’s pets names on it.
They initially responded to emails and asked me for photos of packaging and the product I had received. Duly sent and was told I’d receive a replacement. Nothing happened until I left a bad review when they contacted me and asked me to send the photos… hopeless and definitely a scam. Do not buy from them.

Awful customer service. Received my two mugs which were not the best standard but one had been incorrectly printed. What followed was ridiculous. Gave order number and photo of problem. Was asked for a photo of the outside package labelled several hours later! Supplied this was then asked for photo of photo of the incorrect item which I had already supplied. They agreed they had made a printing mistake. I was offered a replacement. I waited 12days and still had not received a new shipping/tracking number so contacted. I was then told I hadn’t sent them the evidence they required. I again sent this to be rudely told the item was perfectly fine and they supplied a photo of the template I had asked them to print in the original order. I went back saying the template photo and the photo of the item I had received were not the same. Several hours later they said I was right and my replacement was on the way. No offer of a refund after all this. For a company that deal with items of a keepsake nature after losing a beloved pet this ridiculous, upsetting and ridiculously time consuming it is completely unacceptable. Ordered on the 5th July and still not got the item I ordered!
