Save your money
Really thought I'd found a winner with this brand. Man was i wrong. It's been over 4 weeks since I ordered. Thats when I discovered how unbelievably horrible their customer service is. Zero accountability. Zero empathy. And in a one of the most saturated markets on earth. You would think they would try and remedy or at least empathize packages that has taken more then 4 weeks to deliver and still not here. I highly recommend you choose 1 of the million other identical brands of t-shirts that will put in some effort and maybe even care about their customer base.

I ordered 3 shirts and the fitting…
I ordered 3 shirts and the fitting wasn't consistent between henley shirts and regular shirts so i sent regular shirts back for refund. They confirmed receipt of items and have refused to refund and provided no reason why not. I assume this company run out of someone's basement so be prepared for horrible customer service and no refunds/exchange if clothing doesn't fit.
I would not recommend buying from here

These guys are still pulling schemes trying to say I mixed up sites and continuing to lie... this review is about your site and I'd upload the screenshot to prove it but they blocked it.

Great clothing but….
Great clothing, s**t customer service. Ordered on the 06/18, paid a premium for expedited shipping costs(2-3 day delivery) label was created on 06/19. USPS did not receive the package until 06/24. Expected to receive order on 06/29. Customer service blaming the transit carrier with no resolution of the shipping costs. Buyer Beware

Order never came to my house
Order never came to my house, ordered ended up in another province but they’re telling me it’s my responsibility to organize a shipment to my home address. Unbelievable and unacceptable will never order from this company again I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away!! All the “positive” reviews are from the same location which is very fishy!
