This Company Will Scam The Living Hell Outta Of You ! 100 Outta 10 I Would NOT Recommend!

Absolute scum. Despite sufficient funds, client payments constantly bounce back (happened to two of our clients 3 times in a row and has occurred with many other clients on separate occasions. Avoid at all costs. I'm convinced they do this to scam people through late payments.

Introduced via Property Management software company. saying it's a time saving payment processing system ... etc. 4 months later, found out it is a rip-off. No protection against charge back claim.
Went back to good old bank who can deal with charge back claim efficiently. Have more protection against charge back claim. For $20k saving a year, gladly go back to process credit card manually.

After completing the application which was easy enough they called to say I would need a minimum spend or be charged $22 a month.
This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the original setting up .

Absolutely horrible business. used them for 3 days proceeded 7000$ plus payments and no settlement still.
they are saying its going to take 2 weeks to review the account to give us our revenue. Even though they already reviewed the account for the last 2 weeks. All the 1 star reviews are true and correct and when I asked them about the review they said its not them. what a joke.

Very happy to have moved my business over to pay advantage. Their website is easy to use for both the customer and admin users. Oh and I saved a lots of money due to their very competitive rates.

The Payment Request features on offer could not be matched by another product and have completely changed how we do business. We can just send payment links out to our guests to pay from the privacy and security of their own device at a time convenient for them. Perfect!

Great system, easy to use and the service provided is great, its an awesome alternative to using banks.

We have utilised the services offered by Pay Advantage for 9 years now - it's simple, easy to use, no complaints from our clients and the few times I've needed assistance my request for assistance has always been responded to both promptly and efficiently.

Pay advantage is a fantastic payment platform that has made taking payments from my customers so easy and simple. The support team are really helpful and always go the extra mile to help. I love that the are Australian based as well so I can call whenever I need and know that I will be able to speak to someone at their office. 10/10 service.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I only made an account never even used it and got charged for inactivity or something. Called customer service and they said they won't give it back.

Extremely poor experience and stay away if your looking at pay advantage your better off never even considering them

Horrible customer service. Approved my account without my confirmation and charged me a monthly subscription fee without even signing up for a subscription. Do not make the same mistake I did and get scammed

Do not trust them

I only enquired with them but I had to go through the process of giving my bank account details to verify money that would come in (they deposit $0.01). I have never confirmed going ahead with the services, I have actually never completed the paperwork and my ID verification, yet I have just realised that they have been paying themselves $44 for the last 2 months

Charging me to receive emails I can't opt out of. Shady AF

Extremely poor and shocking customer service. Very rude and arrogant staff - no care at all for the customers. Don't release money until they've phoned all your customers (which they don't tell you about first!!) and they send you random fees constantly as they feel like

Super Efficient, Helpful they actually have direct Debit from both Bank Accounts and Credit Cards !!
Support team is always a phone call away to assist you !
